Review: Retained Pro-Tech to do AC tuneup, informing them in advance of dimensions of atypical AC filter.Serviceman arrived 6/*/13 did tuneup, but did not complete service because he did not have requested filter. Said he would leave me the filter next day for me to install, so I paid him in full, even though job was incomplete. No filter on 6/*/13 so I called the office. Told filter would be left on my doorstep on 6/*/13. No filter. Called office again and told serviceman would arrive AM 6/**/13 to install filter. No show. Impression is that I will accept the incomplete service because of my age (85), and just give up.Desired Settlement: Complete the service contracted for, and paid for. Prefer they send their service person to complete the job, because it requires use of a ladder, which is difficult, and potentially unsafe at my age.
