We were hired to install the irrigation systemWe dig approximately inches deepWe called [redacted] for the public utilitiesHomeowner did not disclose any information about any private utilities as per our agreementAs a side note the electric they are citing should be 18" as per code to due the fact it is high voltageHad it been installed properly this would not even be an issueWithout any disclosure we cannot accept any responsibility because there is no way to know where any private utilities would beOur contract is very clear as to avoid exactly this issueThey agreed to all terms and conditionsWe strive to give exceptional service and we believe in doing the right thingIn this case, we cannot be responsible for something beyond our controlIf the pool electric, plumbing, and any other underground items been disclosed we would have excavated by hand like we do the public utilitiesI was personally at the house and there was nothing marked out in the rear yardThis claim has no merit just as the insurance company declared
