It has been a pleasure working with Pro Temp of Illinois on a major HVAC project at our home The job was complex and included replacing AC and an air handler with a new Lennox system, adding two Mitsubishi heating and cooling units and replacing two boilers working in tandem and providing heat for domestic hot water, radiant floors and the heat for the main house This one company was able to handle all three different projects with skill and expertise They took care to do it right instead of easy They took care with the outdoor aesthetics and they took care of the inside of my home while they were working They completed the job in a timely manner and also completed all of the paperwork for rebates and warrantees We highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs

This company is outstanding! We needed to replace our central A/C system. We received a quote from Pro Temp Illinois for the new unit. We got several other quotes. Pro Temp gave us the best price, but that's just the beginning. They answered numerous followup questions without delay in a courteous manner. They also gave us an extremely competitive price for duct cleaning and register balancing that none of the other companies came close to. They advised us about the rebate programs. When we selected Pro Temp to do the job, they showed up on schedule, early in the morning, and worked late. They finished the next morning. They cleaned up the job site inside and outside the house. They advised me on the correct operation of the system, and scheduled maintenance requirements. They guided me through the complicated rebate forms for Lennox and the power and gas companies. I honestly have never had such an outstanding experience with a contractor!

Excellent Sales & Service
I was extremely impressed with the overall professionalism of both my salesman Jamie and the installation team! My saleman provide an overview of HVAC systems and did a visual assessment of what would be required to heat and cool our home. He provided very competitive pricing and highlighted the critical items that we should be aware of as we spoke with other companies. They installed both a [redacted] high efficiency heating and air conditioning system in one day. All work was done with maticulous detail and I was informed periodically what was being performed. They asked if I had any questions and was more than happy to provide answers. Prior to and during the installation, they covered all floors where work was to be performed and cleaned up afterwards (other than seeing the new systems, you could not tell any installation had occurred). I was amazed how they worked as a team in installing and integrating both systems with flawless execution.
