My office spoke with the patient and offered to call insurance for them to expedite the claim on 7/**, they also told patient claim was just denied and we will wait to see if the paperwork is sent over Unfortunately, with the insurance policies today sometimes it requires the patient to get involved or to call my office to see how the claim is progressing.thanks

My company is the durable medical supplier to Dr P*** office, we keep a stock of supplies in his closet so his staff my quickly fit his patients as a matter of convenience The documents the patient signed clearly states our name and that she is responsible for any co-payments or deductibles for her insurance It would be ILLEGAL not to attempt to collect this payment as per the anti-kickback and Stark regulations Regardless, if she used our product or any other company she would be responsible for this money as per her insurance policy.If she has any questions please refer her to my office collections dept at ###-###-#### and speak with Anna I run a very compassionate company dedicated to patient care and service, we can work out a payment plan tailored to her financial situation.Thanks John A***

that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

 Everytime I visit the doctor, they fill out the form and send it to insurance company to get paid. And they have to explain why the product was prescribed.Dr p[redacted] office has not done that acording to my insurance Company. Every Dr knows that they shoud fill out a proper form ro get paid. They don't want to go through that procedure and they are trying to bill me directly. When I tried to contact Dr P[redacted] office , they connected me to three different people without any resolution. I called my insurance company and they said that as soon as they get the form from thr DR, they will pay in accordance to their policy. I don't have to call this and that Dr to ssk them to do their job. And I don't what to deal with the company that provided them with the product.

Review: On 2/**/2015. I visited Dr. P[redacted] office for broken ankle. The Doctor put braces on my leg.On 07/**/15 I received a letter from Pro-Thotics- Technology Inc thatsince I have failed torespond to my insurance company, with the information that they requested from me. I am responsible for payment of $132.59 for the braces that the Doctor put on my leg. I never went to the office of Pro-thotics Technology. I talked to my insurance company(magna care)they told me that they would not now or never sent me a request, and it is the job of Dr provider to tell the insurance company that braces were necessary. I called the Dr (p[redacted])office and they gave me a vague information and hung up on me. If I don't pay the amount, they could refere me to collection agency and ruin my credit. This is harassment.Desired Settlement: Contact by the business I have been accused wrongfully for none payment to the company I never had any contract with. And they have to do the job they have to do and not make me call Doctor, their billing department, my insurance company and a third company that I don't know of and had no deal with them.
