I chased again to be told no tickets but I'd get a refund despite many emails and phone attempts I have not had a refund and my bank can't help
I've done a little research and in the uk are hundreds of us that have been scammed in the same wayTheir U.KAddress is being used illegally according to the site owners who I contacted as it's a virtual office just for mailThey do not have permission to use that address at Greek street London
They are clearly scamming as many people as possible and I'd like them stoppedThese tickets were a Father's Day gift so I had to purchase new ones at additional cost

I purchased tickets for a concert off the Prim Time Tours website and paid by credit card The following day I got a call to say I must have entered an incorrect digit and the payment had not gone through The caller then said he would send an invoice via email and if I could pay this by bank transfer it would ensure faster payment I did this and received confirmation that payment had been received and the tickets would be sent weeks approx before the date The event is on the 28th April and when I had not received the tickets I started to chase this up days before I called the number which I believed was a London (UK) code and they assured me the ticket would be sent and they would chase this up It is the 27th April, and after numerous calls and emails sent, I have still not received the tickets and they are now not picking up the calls I have spoken to my bank, but due to paying by bank transfer, they are unable to retrieve the money and as the Head Office is based i
