I purchased tickets for the Adele concert, never received the tickets or a refund as promised In December I ordered tickets for the Adele concert due to be held at Wembley Stadium on from Pro Time Tours via their website I paid via a cash transfer from my credit card The invoice date for the purchase was 05.01.17, Invoice ID: [redacted] , amount was £345.03, contact was Zach M*** By June I had not received the tickets and I contacted the company via email, they reassured me the tickets would arrive A few days before the concert I emailed them again and eventually received an email from Angela C [redacted] - UK Business manager stating that they could not get the tickets to me and would refund me in full To date I have not received a refund
