Review: I, [redacted], purchased a package window tinting option for my 2011 Nissan Versa-4 door, hatchback two years ago from pro-tint in Modesto, CA. The business states, "life-time warranty on all tinting options". However, because I, the consumer, do not have the original receipt, Pro-Tint will not fix defective window tinting. My complaint is simply. Pro-tint needs to correct damaged/defective tint at no charge. They state that the consumer must have original receipt because they do not keep invoices on file nor do they keep a duplicate copy. As a business owner in California, they should be held responsible and accountable for properly filing invoices for three years. For example, say Pro-Tint purchases a bulk of tint from a vendor and all 1,000 cars they tint are defective and out of the 1,000 customers, only 50% have saved the original receipt. The conclusion would be only 500 customers will have tint replaced at no charge and the other 500 customers have to pay? That is not good business practice nor up to the standards of the State of California.Consumer,Desired Settlement: I want my 2011 Nissan Versa tint removed and for new tint to be replaced at no charge because they state it has a life-time warranty. And, if this issue does not get resolved, it will be acceptable because at least the Revdex.com is aware of the fact they do not save invoices nor do they keep records of transactions accordingly.

Review: I brought my brand new 2015 Dodge Dart to Pro Tint to have my windows tinted. When I picked up my car I noticed several flaws in each of the windows tinted I spoke with the owner and brought my car so he could look at it he advised me to bring it when it was warmer . So I brought my car back to have the windows fixed . The back glass is still messed up as well as the passenger glass front and rear door. I was told to bring my car back again cleaned and then they would fix the back. I was treated very poorly they are severely lacking any type of customer service skills. I also found a scratch on the driver side door today after they changed the tint on drivers door when I notified them about this they laughed and asked how did that happen I said that is why im calling because it was not there prior to drop off. I asked for the owner to call me I still have not heard from him. I feel like they have ruined my brand new car.Desired Settlement: I want my car fixed by a different window tinting place at no charge to me
