Ms*** wasn't the person who dropped her car off to us. I don't know what happened before we got it but arrived to us damaged, it looked as if it had been run off the road. She first talked to *** the owner and he explained it hadn't happened here. She wasn't
satisfied with him telling her that so then I *** walked out and showed whoever the man with her was where we worked on it and the surrounding area of the parking lot and he even agreed that it didn't look like it could of happened anywhere here. I explained that I was sorry she thought it happened here, but It 100% didn't. Two reasons one the damage didn't match anything in our lot or inside. And second our guys would have admitted that we did it. We don't run that type of business. Im sorry she doesn't know what happened but it didn't happen here and we cant pay for a wrecked front end that we didn't do. *** ***Pro TintGeneral Manager Phone ###-###-####

I do not agree with [redacted]'s response due to the fact he is yet again lying. I never once spoke to anyone within the business other than [redacted], except for a brief conversation with a young boy who was working at the front counter who seemed younger than me (I am 25) and all I was able to ask him was what happened to my car before he quickly passed me onto [redacted]. Going into this whole issue I thought [redacted] was the owner and I didn't know of a [redacted] within the company. So yet again he is just trying to pass the buck to get it off of his back. And the man that he is referring to that dropped my car off is my father in law who would absolutely not have wrecked my car considering he did not even have to leave his neighborhood to get to Pro Tint. And [redacted] would not have known that without someone telling him. [redacted] was not there when my car was dropped off and he had not seen my car at all the entire time it was on the business property until I told him I wanted to take him outside to show him the damage to my car.

That by far is incorrect.  I have brought several cars to the establishment with no problems. I know there were no marks on my 3 day old purchase car. Which are under my passenager door at the bottom l. Not front to back along my car. Accidents happen. But to say we did it or even say its possible it happen there is nonsense to me.

I understand their disclaimer about a factory ride. When you reach speeds of 68-72 miles and hour you shouldn't experience vibration. If they acknowledge my six times of being in their shop, why wait till the six time to send a wheel back to manufacturer? Poor management on their part. I've seen wheels on the internet from other sites that match, why can't they fix this problem?

This is [redacted] (mgr) at pro tint 4508 Dixie hwy.As MR. [redacted] has stated we have reba[redacted] and serviced his wheels on 6 different occasions at little and some time to cost to him. I have reached out to the manufacturer for more support and they have complied by sending the last wheel they had in...

inventory for him. The wheel is discontinued and all items we sell are backed by the manufacture not pro tint as stated on our invoices. There are no  immediate safety issues with this truck it just doesn't ride like it would if it had factory wheels on it . Our invoices also state that we do not guarantee a factory ride with aftermarket wheels.  At this point the manufacturer is not willing to refund the wheels and since the wheels are discontinued they have no inventory to replace them.  I have also given Mr. [redacted] the manufactures phone number and contact information. We have exhausted every channel and every resource we have to satisfy Mr. [redacted].Correction on typo  we have reba[redacted] and serviced these wheels on six different occasions at little to no cost to the customer.[redacted]

Unfortunately this is a matter of our word against the customers.  We had two installers working on his vehicle and neither employee saw the other take the glasses.  We also have 3 other installers all working in the same area, and no one saw anything removed from the...

car.  We've  had the same staff for  many years and never had anything stolen before, or had any reason to believe they would steal from a customers vehicle.  As a courtesy to this gentleman we asked our employees about the glasses, but do not believe our staff would steal and risk there employment over a pair of sunglasses.  The bottom line, we cant be responsible for something that we have no proof was in the car.  And as far as our price on the job itself  we advertise that 4 door cars starts at $99.99 because we offer 5 options of product to choose from as it was explained to this customer at the time of purchase and he chose another option than the $99.99.       [redacted] Pro Tint General Manager Phone ###-###-#### Fax ###-###-####
