Patrick K [redacted] parked his dads vehicle in a parking lot that required it to have a pass and it was towed for that reason Patrick was upset because the registered owner (his dad) had to come to pick up the vehicle Patrick was very rude and verbally abusive to the employees assisting him during this time his statement was written in anger and is inaccurate in many areas.Patrick should know the parking rules of his complex and assumes full responsibility for his actions

[redacted] states that no one has contacted her which is not correct we called he on march 29th and left a message for her to bring the car into the shop so that we can see here complaint she has not responded back other then the item that I just got from Revdex.com we left her another message today

I went to visit a close friend at an apartment complex ( [redacted] ) he bought a new car couldn't get his parking sticker off without tearing it went to the apartment complex office they told him he would have to come back on Tuesday and they would try to retrieve his old one for the new oneHe got off work forgot about not having the pass in the proper vehicle after working hours was home less that two hours when the vehicle was being towed and I had to pay to them to get the vehicle taken off the truck!! What a rip off and scam!!

I will need vehicle information to be able to locate this issue. year make model and vin number would be great then I can check into the facts on it
