I was very disappointed in Pro Tran and I would not recommend using them to travel long distances A tour company rented this bus to take a bus load of people from Md to TN in June The weather was hot over degrees and the bus ride was hoursTo my dismay, there was no air on the bus and the temperature even went up to degreesThe company made excuses and did not send a new bus there for a bunch of seniors and I had to ride in this hot as hell bus Thankfully no one got sickI was appalled and cannot believe that ProTran sent this hot bus with no working air conditioner on a hr ride to the Deep South I will not take another trip where this bus company is being used because they simply Don't care about their passengers

The weather was hot over 85 degrees and the bus ride was 16 hours. To my dismay, there was no air on the bus and the temperature even went up to 99 degrees. The company made excuses and did not send a new bus there for a bunch of seniors and I had to ride in this hot as hell bus. Thankfully no one got sick. I was appalled and cannot believe that ProTran sent this hot bus with no working air conditioner on a 16 hr ride to the Deep South. I will not take another trip where this bus company is being used because they simply Don't care about their passengers.
