Regarding *** *** ***: We have spoken to Mr*** regarding his vehicle and we suggested that he take his vehicle to the Dealer to have a second look at his vehicle to determine if the repairs that were performed at Mc Nair's Auto Repair has anything to do with the symptoms he is now
experiencing, the owner informed Mr*** that ***'s would pay for the inspectionAlso to inform him that the oil cooler and transmission cooler work independently of each other, and the transmission service has nothing to do with the oil cooler's failureMc Nair's also tried to give this last service to Mr*** at no charge, but Mr*** insisted to pay for the workWe offered to help Mr*** by letting another automotive shop look at his vehicle no one better than the manufacturer of the Chevy AveoWe look for*** to helpingThank YouMc Nair's Auto Repair

I am rejecting this response because: I came in for services. i came in for serves. all I got was problems. and the serves are not working. but I payed for something. why isn't my money being returned. the only thing I see the inspection doing, is tell you how to fix it. an your suppose to be mechanics. my car ran great before it was in your hands. all I asked for,  was flush the trany, and my ac was only cold for a short time. mc nairs  computer said, if this car come in for ac trouble. check the compriser and another item. and you gave it back to. TWICE.  so you/mc nairs must have checked thoughs items and they must have been in good order. but the ac dosen't work at all. nothing. how is that not mc nairs doing? who was it that got into the cooling system? mc nairs? YES. but my temp guage doesn't  moves any more. how is that not mc nairs doing? so again, "what is an inspection going to do?" my car at this time, should be fix. correctly. with nothing more out of my pocket. BECAUSE I ALREADY PAYED. how or why isn't the Revdex.com seeing this? I'VE PAYED............................. does the Revdex.com think an inspection is nessessay? there suppose to be mechanic.  so who actullyinspected my car. its not sounding like they did. please ask them. has ME thinking.

Dear [redacted]. Like we said before we are willing to pay for a diagnosis at the Dealer to determine what ia first causing the problem with the temp gauge. Also why the AC is not working properly, and if at that time it is determined that the work we at [redacted]'s performed caused the failure we will pay for it. Larry already offered you a refund on the intake boot and a refund on the o rings replaced for the oil cooler, which as you remember I tried to give it to you at no charge, but you insisted on paying for it. So let's have the Dealership look at it for both of our sakes.
