I want to say that I was very impressed with Pro Tree Service from the moment I called them for an estimate for pruning and shaping my hedges and trees They showed up and came on time and did an outstanding job on my hedges and trees Cleaned up and made sure that I checked all the work to make sure I was satisfied I highly recommend them and will hire them next year again Also all the fellows were very nice and hard working

I used Pro Tree Services to trip my trees in my back yard I would not use them again as they were not easy to reach, did not return calls in a timely fashion They started to pack up half way through the job and did not say anything to me Argued with me about what was to be done and what was discussed The owner did not put anything in writing They are older and slow Did not clean up after and I had to finish the job myself and clean up all the mess I feel he did not represent his company well and I was mad when the job was done by his memory, which is bad as per one of his employees

Have used them times in the last years first to remove tree and grind stump also to trim foot high hedging They bucked up the tree for me, for a friends use All the branches were removed also from they neighbors yard they picked up branches
The last was to trim hedges again and top and thin a larger tree
Both times found them to be clean polite and quite reasonably priced for what I had doneWill use them again

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH PRO TREE SERVICES - - - from my experience they overcharged for the work they didThey did not explain what the finished product would beIn other words, that taking down of the tree would leave a big mess in my yardOwner said they would buck up the wood, to 16-18" fireplace lengths, but left pieces of 50" diameter, unable to be removed by any humanThe owner claims to be an arborist, but does not know his trees, did not realize the tree they took down on my property was a valuable hardwood which was heavy and in fact could have easily been sold for a large profitThey left my yard in a mess not cleaning up their drink cans, and lunch gearand began putting away their tools before the job was completedWhen I asked for some minor twigs and branches(part of the tree removal) to be taken away, owner complained that then he would need to start the chipper! And did not do itThen, of the workers needed to leave before the job was completed! I did pay them but feel I was completely ripped off as other nearby neighbours had work done by different professional tree companies for much less money and without a big mess to deal with afterwardsVery extremely unprofessional - - - does not like to write out a contract detailing exact work detailsForgets what was agreed toAlso the owner while on the job, did not wear steel toe boots or protective head gearThe tools they used were falling apart during the workDo not hire this company, if you do you will be sorry

I used Pro Tree Services on January 23rd to cut down a 75' ponderosa pine that was very close to the roof of my houseThey came on time and and John *** did an excellent job on taking down the tree without doing any damage to the roof of my house.They had all the necessary equipment to do a proper job

I have used Pro Tee Services for many years I have always enjoyed their professional serviceThe price they quoted was exactly what it cost The tress were all pruned well and cleanup was done as promised This time I had cedar tress cut down and they took away all the branches and kindly cut the trunk into useable pieces for future burning for us They also did my neighbours yard and they too were very happy Kind and Courteous and very Professional
