Mr [redacted] was aware the measure fee was non-refundable Aaron the sales rep went to his house times to identify and quote the product he selected to order On the 4th time Mark joined her for the measure He made up an excuse about how he could not put down the 60% we normally do for an order but wanted to reserve his spot in line He ended up only giving us $ , instead of the $we agreed upon He did not ask for his money back until over a month after the measure when Aaron followed up with asking if he had the rest of the deposit available He tried to come back with us saying our price was to high after he already agreed to it and paid the measure fee Most of our competition charges a measure fee Attached are copies of the text messages, we can attached proof of his cabinet measurements if needed

These accusations by Mr [redacted] are completely false, this was our 2nd appointment in which the customer knew there was a $NON REFUNDABLE Kitchen measure feeThese are all custom components and take a long time to measure [redacted] did not have $as promised for the appointment so I accepted $It was weeks later when [redacted] contacted my sales rep Aaron demanding his money back and threatening Aaron and my company that he would go on social media like this and bash our companyJust being honest when I say this guy is a player and we could tell that from the beginning of our relationship but gave him the benefit of the doubt as we do with all customersThe bottom line is this, my sales rep met with nishant, they wanted to move forward so we met the 2nd time and I came as I always do for a measure and closeThey put $down for the fee and decided weeks later they did not want to move forward and then threatened us about getting his money backif he had called us within or business days after we met I would have considered it, not several weeks later!

These accusations by Mr. [redacted] are completely false, this was our 2nd appointment in which the customer knew there was a $500 NON REFUNDABLE Kitchen measure fee. These are all custom components and take a long time to measure. [redacted] did not have $500 as promised for...

the appointment so I accepted $300. It was weeks later when [redacted] contacted my sales rep Aaron demanding his money back and threatening Aaron and my company that he would go on social media like this and bash our company. Just being honest when I say this guy is a player and we could tell that from the beginning of our relationship but gave him the benefit of the doubt as we do with all customers. The bottom line is this, my sales rep met with nishant, they wanted to move forward so we met the 2nd time and I came as I always do for a measure and close. They put $300 down for the fee and decided weeks later they did not want to move forward and then threatened us about getting his money back. if he had called us within 3 or 4 business days after we met I would have considered it, not several weeks later!

I am rejecting this response because:
First of all, their business is based on dishonesty, primarily on the product offering, and to top it off, owner and salesman are both smug and dishonest to the core. They only did basic measurement for estimation purposes. Also, I have text messages to prove that I contacted them within 3 days to tell them that their estimates are way off the market prices. If needed, I can produce the receipt of $300 as advance ( and not as measurement fee, like they claim), yes, I did promise 500 as advance and had only 300 at the time of initial measurements. ("INITIAL" for estimations only). If required, I can provide the dated text messages too. It is well known in their business that they take half the amount at the time of contract signing and final measurements. So what was this advance of only 500 dollars? It was for promise that they will come back for measurements later and have us on their schedule. Let them show a final signed contract with measurements ( dont show me the receipt for $300, I already have that, as a proof that you took MY money) and $300 is theirs for keeps. As far as my going to social media, I think, even if I am deemed wrong which I am NOT, people need to know the kind of malpractice these guys are running.

Mr [redacted] was aware the measure fee was non-refundable.  Aaron the sales rep went to his house 4 times to identify and quote the product he selected to order.  On the 4th time Mark joined her for the measure.  He made up an excuse about how he could not put down the 60% we normally do for an order but wanted to reserve his spot in line.   He ended up only giving us $300.  , instead of the $500 we agreed upon.  He did not ask for his money back until over a month after the measure when Aaron followed up with asking if he had the rest of the deposit available.  He tried to come back with us saying our price was to high after he already agreed to it and paid the measure fee.  Most of our competition charges a measure fee.  Attached are copies of the text messages, we can attached proof of his cabinet measurements if needed.
