Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the statements are not accurate The salesman that came out to our facility selling us the service was very clear about the "Live Monitoring" His exact words were "We have employees all over the world in different time zones so when it is nighttime here it would be daytime there Our live monitoring is just what it sounds likeLIVE MONITORING by humans hours a day." Why else would we pay almost $per month for this service if they weren't really watching it live? Also, the optional protection for an additional $per month isn't necessary if they are watching my property "LIVE" because they would just dispatch the police once someone entered the property In that case, we would never have a loss There service is a gimmick They have nothing but excuses on why there were multiple thieves on the property for over an hour and not once did they notify me or the police I am the business owner that is out $15,and there answer is "Sorry but your sprinklers turned on which set off the motion on the cameras so we bypassed them for the rest of the night" Well the sprinklers turn on every night so I guess they turned them off every night and I was paying for a service I wasn't getting Regards, [redacted] ***
