I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I believe they have spoken to someone other than myself, perhaps the landlord for my townhouse, as I have not talked with anyone from Pro-waste since filing this report. I did receive an IM from their Facebook page from May 1st. You have a wonderful week as well!]Since the conversation above, they continue to arrive on Monday mornings around 4 - 4:30 AM, which is somewhat later in the morning, but still very early. I have noticed that the driver does try to be more quiet at times and at other times it is just a loud as normal, and so I know that it can be collected with less banging of the dumpsters. There is no issue about backing out into a busy street as our road comes out behind Subway, and there is a lot of room to be able to turn a very large vehicle around in. I believe whomever they are saying that they contacted may be a different residence? I am not sure.
