PS: For the record, the email address that we were using to request repair was the email section internal to the ProX website
Revdex.com spoke to [redacted] today. He stated that he never received an email from the consumer. He looked back 3 months and there was nothing. Consumer may have had the wrong email. He will be going back to the consumer's home to make the repair. He will try to get there tonight.
