Installed new roof a month ago highly satisfied would recommend

I was very pleased with the service we received. Jon was very easy to work with on scheduling our rood installation. The roof installers did a great job not only installing our roof but leaving our yard in great shape and finishing on time.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this company. Things started poorly from the first lie from Jon. He said he would be on the job site everyday inspecting the work of his team. Rarely did that happen which resulted in everything having to be redone two or three times on top of piss poor communication. When work finally began, the workers were very lazy. from chicken bones to cigarette butts strewn all over my property, to the endless times I saw the guys sitting or leaned up against trees on my property waiting for Jon to show up with materials which a lot of time resulted in the workers leaving with doing no work because Jon never arrived. Jon had promised the work would take 2 weeks, we finally finished after 2 months. I expressed my anger and discontent many times to Jon which fell upon deaf ears. Jon would promise the world and deliver nothing close. I could go on and on about the corners cut, time wasted, lies, miscommunications but I'm only allotted so much space. Bottom line, I would NEVER recommend this company or allow them to do any further work on my property. I'm not sure if I were their first job or they just didn't think I was important, but this was a terribly expensive mistake using Pro4mance. Run!!

Pro4mance roofing and exteriors did a great job on my roof and gutters after some storm damage . The estamator was friendly and knowledgeable. Walked through the estimation of the job. The crew that did the job were friendly and pratices social distancing. They did an excellent job did a thoroughly cleaned up after job was done . I would recommend them as a quality contra tor
