The Owner had been set up Auto pay for his Association dues He sold his home and didn't contact us about the sale and to cancel auto payment At this time his auto payments have been stopped and any payments processed after his sale will be date reversed Unfortunately we are unable to cover any bank expenses as it is the Owners responsibility to inform us in writing that he would like the auto payments discontinued

The Owner did not have an account number on her check and she uses the last name [redacted] (married... name) but our system still has her maiden name as she had not updated it with us and her checks have that name on them without a an account number. When we looked up the name, there is an owner with that last name that also begins with an "A" and that is the account her checks were posted to. We have corrected the posting error and waived the late fees and we have been in communication with the owner. The Owner has agreed to put the correct account number on all of her checks and we have updated her account with her married name.
