business partner, who is also fluent in Spanish, who was with me at point of contact translating to her our contract in Spanish. We received a signed contract to allow us to do any work prescribed by her insurance company for the price as paid by her insurance company. A few weeks later after no phone calls were being returned I did received a phone call from her other son (author of the complaint). He asked a few questions of how he could get his mother out of the contract and I proceeded to explain to him we have a 20% buy-out clause as written in our contract. He thanked me and hung up. A couple days later I received another call from Ms. [redacted]'s son whom at this point told me a lawyer would be contacting me to discuss getting her out of her contract. No lawyer ever contacted me and we never pursued to get the work done at her house. We respected her change of mind and did release her from our contract without having to pay the buy-out clause. This complaint is not warranted as no work had been performed, no threatening letters were made nor any more contact after I was told she no longer wanted to go with us. We request the complainant to remove this complaint as their requests to cancel were granted before this complaint was made.
