Review: I arranged to have a loan for $10,000. They required an advance of 4 months payment. The payment was sent but then I was ignored. They required the payment to be made via bank transfer to an email address on [redacted]. The address used was [redacted]. They will send you an application to fill out asking for personal and confidential information about you. You will be approved within 24 hours. They require no collateral and make it look so easy.This company called me every day to follow up with my payment until I made it, then they no longer returned my emails or calls.Stay away from this company. They are a scam and will take your information and use it against you.They person I spoke to was [redacted] (not sure if this is a real name) with Proactive Lending Solutions. Their website is a fake. They've done an excellent job in making themselves out to be a legitimate outfit but they are, in fact, criminals.Desired Settlement: I would like to see restitution of what I paid although I harbour no confidence that this will happen

Review: I applied for a loan from this company and was assured by Tracey F[redacted] and her manager Phil that I would be taken care of. I sent the last $750 I had to "secure the loan amount" and called to follow up the next day.. Their line was disconnected and all my emails have gone unanswered until this day. I'm disappointed in myself and them for running a scam like that. Good honest people who just need a help financially are taken advantage of its the worst form of deceit. I ideally would like to have my money back, but realize they may or may not ever be caught.Desired Settlement: Justice and if possible my refund.
