*** said he would call us back and let us know how he would like to proceedHis last date of service was 12/4/There have been several wind and hail storms since then which could have possibly caused this new damageAgain we are willing to service him but there will be a charge. I am rejecting this response because:This appears to be the result of shoddy workmanship A reputable company would be concerned but ProAmerican is more concerned with the warrantyThe only reason I used this company was because they came knocking on my door and I felt I should give them the jobI did check them out at Revdex.com but still had some hesitationThey were paid a good deal of money but shortly after the job was completed I had difficulties getting a hold of them because I had questions about the shingles not laying flatI was told they would in timeThere is absolutely no excuse I should be having any issues in such a short time if the job was done rightOther companies I spoke to said they would be concerned for their reputation and would definitely make an attempt to rectify the problemI checked with my neighbors who had work done at the same time by other companies and are having no problems whatsoeverThey remember this company knocking on their door but didn't use themI should have talked to my neighbors thenCLErly Proamerican is not concerned with the damage left behind which is probably why they are incognito on the internet

I am rejecting this response because: The company should repair the work free of charge due to the initial poor workmanship. Vinyl siding should not fall down or come off of a home in a 1-1/2 years time. As I had mentioned prior, all of the siding that did come off is the very last piece and is at the top nearest to the soffit. Those last pieces are/were either were not locked in place or properly secured.  If need be I can go into other issues/problems that I had to deal with during the insurance claim/remodeling project.
