As per the recent email interactions we have asked the factory to start the free remake and ship it to you at earliest on the changed address as provided by you.Although as per the tracking the order is showing delivered but still as a good will gesture we will remake free for you this timeThe tracking number of *** [redacted] which clarifies that the order was delivered

We really apologised to customer for unfortunate issue.The order has been refunded back to customer and on the next order we promised 12% off which is more than discount on order.Refund transaction - [redacted]

You can provide us the tracking details once the items is shipped to us , so that we can update that and once the items are received the refunds will take 7-business days Please try to provide us the tracking and update on return shipment on our email address [email protected] aswell to make the procedure as expedite as we can RegardsYadhu

HiAs per the order the band width was 1/4" and which was the smallest band size we have There was a logo on the order and we were not able to accommodate the logo on bands due to limited spaceDue to this issue we tried to reach customer and finally we got your response on email from
[email protected] to proceed with out logo on the order In this time we lost some business days due to delay in confirmation and new delivery date was given to you as 08/But as they requested we expedited and delivered the order by 08/Please check below screen shots as the proof we have informed this to customer aswell and hoping that there was some confusion happened between their team members we are waiting for customers response please let us know RegardsYADHU

HiAs we received complaint regarding the quality of *** as per the company policy we have to inform factory regarding the issue and a complaint was opened as per customer issue was with the smell on *** and as you can understand we have to check the samples to confirm the issue and we
are ready to remake them if this is a production fault , but as customer is looking for a full refund and not ready with any other resolution as per the terms and conditions we havealready provided the return address As per the terms and conditions Customer has to return the product back, at his shipping cost and it is mentioned on our website aswell and you can refer below link and attached screen shot for reference ***
Our endeavor is to keep our customers happy and if there is any production error we always try to make them for free once the issue is confirmed and it is our fault Still we hope that we can work and get this issue fixed please advise us as we are waiting for the *** sent back to us so that we can process the refund as we already guaranteed RegardsYadhu

This order was never charged for any additional amount at all.Also the charges being claimed are very well informed on the order receipt at the bottom as disclaimer which you can see on the order receipt attached for this customer when the order is placed.Also we provided sufficient screenshot proof...

showing the charges being effective.Once customer updated us that he had personally picked up package form [redacted] facility we immediately opened a dispute with [redacted] for the same to be investigated.We have never charged the customer so far and intact replied to him in writing that his response and cooperation was appreciated and we will recheck the issue with [redacted] as they did charges us as the shipper for that cost on the order.The customer was never contacted again and we have no idea why he felt of being "scammed"Also we never save any customer banking information to maintain privacy of customers.If we had to charge on any card on files which we don't have we would have done that already and not contacted customer for any approval for the cost.Attached are all proofs.

The items will be mailed to you this week, I don't have the luxury of going to the post office whenever I please, as I have a work commitment. Not only do the items "smell", they also have a very unprofessional appearance. Thank you for saying my refund is guaranteed. After you receive the items, which will be sent USPS priority and with a confirmation signature, when will I receive my refund?
