I have been a customer of Care N Care since [redacted] In that year span of time I have filed previous complaints against theyThis complaint is about their reimbursement of payments I made to my doctor, [redacted] M.DOn August16, I received an email from [redacted] , giving me the link for the form to send inWhen I spoke with her earlier in the day, when she explained to me the reimbursement process, she never told me the forms and proof had to be sent in with in days In the first months of my having this insurance I couldn't get hold of anyone to answer questions or get referrals Today I spoke with a woman whom would not send my request to speak with a representative in the department she only told me that requests had to be made within days

I have been having trouble getting referral to see doctors that I need to see for medical conditions I haveMy Primary Care Physician has sent the information for several doctors referrals and I can't make an appointment because Care-n-Care has not generated the necessary paperworkI have filed a report against them before for this same problem Back in after waiting months for a referral to my pain management doctor

In order to resolve disputes you can only talk with their Healthcare Concierges, unlike most other like companies who actually let you speak directly with people who are allowed to immediately correct problems with their service So I have called them times over the last months, each time having to restate my complaint, and they supposedly enter all of the information (which they actually agree appears to be an error) and promise to send this information UPSTAIRS to have someone else work on it This is a highly efficient system for them especially since after months of calling them and writing them with registered mail, they have yet to call, mail, or email me with a result Each time I was told that the situation would be looked into and I would receive a response within months months to look at one line item and determine why it wasn't paid after pays for the exact same procedure We are way over their month promise Just the opposite of customer service

My wife and I have been members of one of their PPO plans for many yearsMy wife has had several serious issues, but we have no complaints We're happy with their service, but I wish they had an online portal to review present and past claims, instead of the monthly, lengthy mails

Excellent coverages and ability to always have a real person to talk to are what I love about my plan hereI've have the PPO plan for several years with no regrets
