Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
If ** *** originally refused to refund my money, that would be one thing, but he agreed to refund my money due to our unforeseen person circumstances I want him to honor that email Nothing else will satisfy my position I've had to sell my house & most of my personal belonging to cover costs involved with our personal situation The money that he is holding belongs to me I did not receive ANY compensation for the funds and I will not be able to fulfill my commitment as a distributor for his putter I've even agreed to accept half of the original funds as satisfaction for this complaint, but he has no intention of repaying any of it He says he will, but he won't There are too many negative comment posted on the internet about how *** *** has conducted business in the past for me to think he will ever pay me back
I have now done the due diligence that I should have done before I agreed to program, and at this point I know I won't get my money, so all I'm doing it trying to help any others that cross his path I will be making a point to reach out to certain people in the industry that he claims he uses to ensure they understand who they are dealing with

*** *** entered into an agreement to buy $21,worth of our golf putters at Distributor Pricing of $each (Retail is $195.00), in exchange for our awarding him with a ten-year exclusive territory for the entire Province of Alberta, Canada.He paid $10,deposit, but never followed through
We ordered his putters from our manufacturer in China, which took three months to arrive after submitting our order and payment, at which time he cancelled!We can ship his putters if he is prepared to pay for our shipping costs to Canada, as required in our agreement.OR, we can negotiate a refund less restocking charges.I have always responded to his emails, contrary to his claim that I stopped communicating, but he has changed his mind several times regarding what he will accept..We have never had any problems with the distributors to date who have honored their agreements!

On October 21, 2015, via email correspondence, *** *** gave me the option to opt out of the distributorship contract, no questions asked, and agreed to refund ALL of my money, with NO mention of restocking charges at all On October 23rd, 2015, via email correspondence, I accepted his offer, and to date, I have seen no money refunded He agreed to pay me back, and he has yet to do that THAT'S THE ISSUE

I am tired of playing games with this client!  He has changed his mind several times after agreeing to a settlement.
 
Either tell him to accept his original agreement, and send us the other half of what he promised, the second $10,680, for his 240 putters to cover his exclusive territory; or cover our cost to ship him half of the original order (per the contract), what he paid for, those 120 putters he has paid for.
