Dear [redacted] - When we recruited you for this study, we had told you that checks would take approxweeks because of the holiday No one who deals with payments was in the office on 12/**, so i'm not sure how you actually spoke to us on that date You were told on subsequent phone calls that we hadn't received the data from our client, so therefore we were unable to cut checks on this study since they held the attendance records We are still within the promised period, and a report to the Revdex.com regarding non-payment is pre-mature We did speak to the client and we have been promised a list of people to pay by tomorrow Once we receive that, your check will go out promptly [redacted] Probe Research
Dear [redacted] - I'm a bit dismayed that you reported this incident to the Revdex.com since we just communicated over the weekend when I asked you to sign [redacted] s fraud papers along with myself I just received them back from you yesterday (92016) and they are being sent to [redacted] to be investigated Once [redacted] s investigation is complete, we will either cut you a new check or be in touch to let you know they determined that it was you who cashed the check Until that time, we will not be re-issuing your check We have attached documents showing the original check as well as the fraud investigation papers that have been faxed to [redacted] Sincerely, Lynette E [redacted] , President
We appreciate you sending an invoice with late charges, but without a signed contract, we are not obligated to pay late fees Additionally, we did pay in a timely manner, i'm not sure what happened with the check As previously stated as well, a quick phone call to us would have resolved this matter in a much more expedient manner Please consider this matter closed unless they can produce a signed contract (which I don't believe they can as we didn't agree to these terms) where we agreed to pay late fees Thank you for your time and patience in this matter

After my second follow up, [redacted] emailed me back saying they had lost my information, and wanted me to provide my address againThis type of practice is very unprofessional, and it's a wonder these people are still in business after having an F rating, and so many complaints against them! Whilst the Revdex.com is an okay thing, its a forum for every crack pot that comes our (including you [redacted] ) People are so inpatient now a days that if they don't get instant gratification, they need to complain to someone Who do we complain to when they are rude, call us 100;s of times and cure us out if they don't have payment within seconds We were nothing but nice to [redacted] , explaining the delay and he was nothing but rude every step of the way [redacted] - NEVER CONTACT OUR comapny again - you will be canceled off of any project that I see you on of ours [redacted] received his check mid-August and has subsequently cashed it so stop contacting us about this matter [redacted]
