I don’t know who is running that circus but it’s ridiculous! I have sent in everything they have asked for to get two charges resolved and they have yet to resolve the issue. They have asked for new contracts from the orthodontist providing the treatment because they didn’t like the way it was written ( even though it has all the required info as is) , a statement on letterhead for each card swipe (no receipts), another statement when that wasn’t good enough stating the patient was receiving treatment on date of payment. To make things super annoying and complicated, three of the emails I sent did not go through saying the probenefits mailbox was full. Not exactly professional or user friendly. At the dr office, the receiptionist saw it was a probenefits card and groaned and said “oh those never work!” “Everyone that has one has been having trouble with them.” In CONTRAST, I have used my RSC flex spending account that my work has and it’s awesome! Zero problems! Stay far away from probenefits if you own a company! Sign up for RSC. They treat you right.
