I work for a local government Pollution Control (sewer) department We recently purchased a PB push sewer line (push) camera I found the staff there helpful and friendly, especially *** in sales They were able to resolve an issue regarding the way our government handles payments (purchase orders) They offered us an excellent price and the quality is top notch In addition, the warranty that they offer is the best I was able to find If we need to purchase another push camera in the future, they will be at the top of the list

I purchased a $sewer video camera with sonar included from a seller on Ebay, that resells their productI had it for only three months and used it five timesThe fifth time I used it; I pushed the cable down the sewer and it stoppedI gave the cable another push and the inner line snappedI sent the camera back thinking they were going to warranty it because I bought a different camera from them before and it lasted three years and when the lights went out on that one, they fixed it for freeBut, when I called them up, I talked to several people that couldn't help me, then I finally talked to Nick V***He told me that I abused the camera and said they were not gonna fix it for free and I had to pay for shipping again if I wanted it backHe got tired of talking to me and said "Fk you and don't call here again"In conclusion, I was ripped off of $

$300.00 was only refunded after a broken part was returned for the second time. Try calling the number given...they are never there and hardly accept calls  this should barely be called a business ..nor be a part of any better business anything

If we need to purchase another push camera in the future, they will be at the top of the list.

Review: We are a small family owned plumbing business and bought a 7500.+ drain machinery equipment and it was to be shipped mid feb. this year, only to have the product delivered with many excuses at the end of march. Since then we have been waiting for three more pieces of the machine and only since calling for the past two weeks we received one more piece of it with two still missing. Constant phone calls to this company only to get [redacted] and somehow [redacted] is trying to get a hold of [redacted] who works at the same company. Numerous messages are left, there is no reference that money will be refunded due to the fact that the additional pieces have not been delivered. Only that they or she is "investigating" This company not only ignores consumer phone calls they have not fulfilled my order in its entirety. I am at the mercy of them as my check has been cashed since JANUARY 2013. But nothing to guarantee or assure product delivery. I am still waiting for my complete order as [redacted] continues to call me and leave "stories" as to why I don't have my order in full. The worst part of this is that the machine I purchased has broken and it is not of any fault of mine, and unfortunately getting this product was hard I cant see that they will warantee it and I've only had it less than three months. PLEASE HELP, there are many reviews showing similar stories to mine. Thank you for your time
