July 24, Revdex.com Attn: [redacted] Euclid Ave., 4th Floor Cleveland OH 44115- Dear [redacted] , Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintHowever, after speaking to the patient, the reason that they were dissatisfied with our service is that we were not able to provide them with the new CPAP mask and supplies in the quantity that they would have liked This patient recently changed their insurance to [redacted] which is a New York Medicaid managed care programThis program has a very strict limit to the numbers of supplies patients can receive at any one timeThis patient can only receive her mask once a year and she will not be eligible to receive another until February 20, She can receive other supplies, such as replacement filters, cushions and non-heated tubing more frequentlyIn fact, she received some additional supplies from us in February and will be eligible again in August for some of those suppliesWe offer additional supplies if the patient chooses to pay privately but often they are not willing or able to do so Any additional questions about supplies provided to her or the frequency at which we can replace them should be directed to her insurance companyUnfortunately, I was not able to appease this patient in our phone callPlease feel free to contact me with any additional questions or concernsThank you Sincerely, [redacted] Compliance Manager
