I have looked back at the repair We are waiting for Farm Bureau to get back with us on the hood repair issue and I thought we had completed the repairs on everything else Mrs [redacted] did come back for some concerns, but we took care of everything that was related to the repairs that we did and were waiting for Farm Bureau to accept liability on additional repairs like the hood Let me know if you need anything else Thanks, ***

We have contacted Ms [redacted]. We made arrangements to  have take her vehicle to one of our locations in Austin which is closer to her. She agreed to take the vehicle there. We put her in a rental and took care of her issues with the temperature sensor and front end alignment. We also discussed...

the tires. The tires were never replaced under the repairs. The wheel  was replaced and not the tires.  The spare tire that was in her car is what came with the car. We checked the dealer with the VIN # and we were told that that vehicle did not come with a full size spare. We offered to reimburse for the tires she purchase to make up for the inconvenience. We have reimbursed the total of $241.96 which is what she paid. Ms [redacted] agreed to the amount of $241.96.

Towed in 08/22/2016 (unscheduled drop) Authorization 8/23/2016 First line of Est. 08/24/2016 Estimate of record 8/24/2016 Total 39 working day repair. (Unscheduled drop) Built on 9/28/2016, Detail/ QC Customer came out to inspect repairs and found that bumpers were damaged and not corrected....

Mercury made him file a separate claim for bumper because they felt it was not part of this loss.   10/20/2016 we received estimate from Mercury giving us the OK to repair the bumper as part of a 2nd claim. 11/4/2016 received authorization  from MR [redacted] to repair bumpers 11/16/2016 repairs complete, but still waiting on dash and airbag issue to be resolved. He was informed that all repairs had been complete and his truck ready and rental would no longer be covered. [redacted] has this all in emails.     The dash is broken at top right of passenger airbag area and the customer felt it was part of the accident so we summated for Mercury to approve and was denied. At this point he said well if it wasn’t part as a result of the accident then Procare must have caused the damaged. Mercury sent out a 3rf party company to inspect the dash and found that it was not related to the loss and found that there was no indication that Procare caused this damages and in fact a known issue with this particular year make and model.   There was a scratch on the passenger airbag that he said was cause by us and we ordered him an airbag, but was and is currently on back order. After waiting for weeks he asked that we just cancel the part and use that money towards his deductible. The list price of the bag was over 700.00, but cost was 400.00. this is leaving a balance of 100.00 he would still owe for his deductible.   11/28/2016 he came in for a “ test drive” and after he found out that our service writer (Bill) was going to go with him he claimed he no money for gas. Bill told him to hold on and came inside to get money to put gas which at that point Mr. [redacted] drove off with his truck without paying his portion of the repairs.   At this time Procare will not cover any expenses
