I've been a Procare customer since 2011, and I have been completely satisifed with themI travel a lot and I feel so cofident and so worry free leaving the care of my home and my dogs to [redacted] and his associatesI am very protective of my dogs, and I can tell with certainty that those guys take extremelly well care of them in my absenceIt is a huge relief knowing that my pups are taken care of in the comfort of their own home and that they get an individual attentionNot to mention Procare's resonable prices I love saving money, don't you??? Quick Scenario: We are a military family who hired PC to feed, walk, and spend the night at our house to care for our dogs while out of the country for approxdaysSet times and routines were discussed and agreed upon before we leftDuring our vacation I was in contact with Eric via text to see how things were going He informed me things were going well and he was walking our dogs when the weather permittedWell, I have security cameras around the exterior of our home with insidecamera in the living room and in the master bedroom facing our the sliding glass doorsI din't feel the need to tell PC of the cameras since they were in areas that should not be of a concern to them if they were doing what they were hired to doDuring our vacation I missed our dogs so I remoted into our cameras (approx 1330) at a time PC SHOULD NOT be there, however I saw Eric sitting on our couch watching TV while eating Panda Express while our dogs were not even in the same room with himRED FLAG ALERT! Needless to say after going back reviewing the tapes he was showing up when it was good for him and DID NOT WALK our dogs ever!!! At times he didn't attempt to feed one of my dogs at night and fabricated times as to when he came to my house
Positive: He did show up at night to spend the nightWe got our money back after we confronted PC

ProCare Home and Pet first helped me with my year old sweet Finnish Spitz mix when I had to travel out of town for workThey took good care of him at my home, administered his medication, and didn't mind that I texted to check on my dog from the roadI now have an almost year old cattle dog mix who has tons of energyProCare helps me out by coming to the house and taking this happy pup for walks when I can't be thereThe ProCare folks don't mind doing the little extras either, like bringing a package in off the porch, or turning down my heat when I've forgottenThey are kind, pet loving people who are reliable and provide valuable peace of mind

We have been using ProCare for a year now. Dog walking services for my 2 beagles on the regular basis while we are at work all day. 3 times a week mostly. Very responsible. Directions are followed exactly. Extremely happy with the service. Would recommend to anyone.
