Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2017/09/22) */
The pipes being referred to in this complaint are the incoming hot and cold waterlines. We re-routed the water lines from beneath the customer's mobile home, to the interior of the mobile home, to address freezing issues. We ran the lines in 1/2...

inch plastic pex piping, and attached them to the baseboards of the walls. To avoid inadvertent damage to the plastic pipes and to be more visually pleasing, we advised the customer to have the lines boxed in by a carpenter. There are no code violations in our work. We have refused jobs where a customer preferred to violate codes in order to save time and money. We respectfully disagree with the contractor's assessment of our work, and welcome the customer to ask a plumbing inspector to review it.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2017/09/22) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
You violated the code by running my water lines over my front door and behind my stove you did no such thing and it's very illegal to run water lines behind the stove especially around the plug to my stove. You can't even tell which line is hot or cold due to the heat from the stove heating up the lines and if the pipes were to ever leak (the ones behind the stove can't even be boxed off due to the way YOUR son ran them) they would kill me or my son. You also didn't tell me to get someone in to box them and FYI you can't boxed around my door you ran them so close to the light switch and the door bell box that I wouldn't even be able to do that. You should of ran them properly underneath my trailer not making them so dangerous as to try and kill us
Final Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2017/09/29) */
The pipes being referred to in this review are the incoming hot and cold waterlines. We re-routed the water lines from beneath the customer's mobile home, to the interior of the mobile home, to address freezing issues. To have run them under the mobile home as previously done would not have solved the freezing problem. We ran the lines in 1/2 inch plastic pex piping, and attached them to the baseboards of the walls. To avoid inadvertent damage to the plastic pipes and to be more visually pleasing, we advised the customer, three times, to have the lines boxed in by a carpenter. There are no code violations in our work. We respectfully disagree with the contractor's assessment of our work, and welcome the customer to ask a plumbing inspector to review it.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 13, 2017/10/02) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Refund my money and they cost it took me to get them fixed or this will be in the media !!! And I'm going to file a law suit against your company. This is not accapectable. Putting heat tape over the pipes like the new contractor did sloved the issue of freezing. You did them incorrectly and put lives in danger now this is your finally chance to make things right.
