Review: I completed a survey and was offered a free trial of their Flawless White product (pay only s/h $4.95).

Received my package the same day my account was billed for an additional $94.31. There was no information of who to contact regarding my dissatisfaction. By the time I tracked down a customer service number my account had 3 additional deductions of $94.35. Customer service directed me to return my shipments, and call them with tracking numbers. I did this on Feb. 10th, and was assured that my account would be credited. I even received confirmation e-mails stating they were doing so.

My account has never been credited - I've made 8 phone calls with no resolution. They are all talk. I would like my money back.Desired Settlement: Flawless has canceled my account. I returned their product as they directed me to. I would like them to refund the $282.93 they have taken from my MC account. I would also like them to STOP wasting my time!

I was offered to take a survey online I did, I was to pick 2 free gifts just pay 4.95 shipping the regular price was crossed off.I recieved the product on Dec 2nd and the same day my bank statement showed a 94.31 unautherized charge. when I called the company the man on the phone hung up on me.

This is a scam! The so # [redacted] The po # [redacted] ref.# [redacted]Desired Settlement: These people know exactly what they are doing to people,scamming!They tell you are getting free gifts for taking a survey.Well I want my money back I dont want this company to do this to people anymore

Review: Flawless Effect sold teeth whitening system in November and auto deducted the price from my bank card account. Since the fine print was very unclear on their website I ended up sining for monthly shipments and authorization for them to debit my card for $94.31. In the meantime two shipments I do not want were received with the charges to the bank card debited. Their customer service operator ([redacted]) gave me the RMA and Order number to return products and said I should CALL THEM AGAIN TO LET THEM KNOW THE TRACKING NUMBER AND THEY WILL ISSUE CREDIT AS THEY HAVE NO OTHER WAY TO ISSUE CREDIT AUTOMATICALLY UPON RECEIPT OF THE RMA - a very strange process. The two packages were shipped on 2/24/2015 by RMA [redacted] (order number [redacted] gave us) by USPS (I have the tracking number) to the address [redacted] gave us - Flawless Effect, [redacted]. This shipment was confirmed by USPS as received. I called four times yesterday and each time the operator came on few minutes later and asked for Order number, each time I gave the order number, each time the operator said the same thing - "I cannot hear you but if you hear me, call me back". I used different phones, my phones were confirmed as completely functional with no problem on audio, the calls were witnessed by four people. THIS MEANS IT IS SOUNDS LIKE A DELIBERATE SCHEME BY THIS COMPANY TO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THE RETURN MERCHANDISE AND FORCE CONSUMERS TO CALL IN THE TRACKING NUMBER WHICH "THEY CANNOT HEAR" IN CALLS. Obviously, the Flawless Effect is thinking the consumer will get tired and stop calling so the company does not have to refund the amount for returned merchandise. I AM SOLICITING HELP OF Revdex.com TO PRESSURE THE COMPANY TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR THE CHARGES THEY MADE FOR THE TWO SHIPMENTS. I have all the evidence necessary and will pursue the matter the through the legal/media routes to alert people against this company practiceDesired Settlement: Flawless Effect must immediately card for the amount charged for two shipments. I am sending copy of this complaint also to the news papers in California, Texas and Georgia. I have brought the matter to the attention of my attorney [redacted] located in [redacted]. she suggested I first approach the local Revdex.com. By the way, Flawless Effect has not responded to my emails I sent them regarding the matter.
