I purchased a home from *** *** with a closing date of 3/31/The seller's family business is PCI Services, run by her son Clem ***PCI Services submitted a work order to me showing they serviced both AC units in the duplex I was purchasing and claimed both units were in working order on 3/21/After the closing date one AC unit worked and one AC unit did not workI filed a claim with my home warranty company and *** HVAC came out and replaced three defective parts in the AC unit - a run cap, a start cap, and a potential relayAfter replacing the three defective parts they cleaned the unit and I used my phone to capture a video as dirt and debris poured out of the unitClearly PCI Services had not serviced the AC unit on 3/21/or they would have replaced the three broken parts and would have cleaned and serviced the unitThe three broken parts and video of the AC unit being cleaned prove PCI Services did not complete the work they claimed to have completed
