This moving company was hired for a move from [redacted] to [redacted] Movers refused to take numerous times and left them behind, creating additional work and costs for us, as we had to make additional trips back out of town, and acquire other people to come finish the job The items they refused to take included a 40" TV, wall-art, musical instruments, foot ottoman, and many other items that were impossible to load into our vehicles, and we got other people with a van and trailer Due to the additional wasted time and costs and inconvenience, it is only fair for us to be compensatedI am requesting a partial refund, or next step is for a total damages in courtWhen someone hires someone to do a job, they except the job to be donenot partially doneAs already explained, the failure of the movers to do that led to much inconvenience and loss of time and money Product_Or_Service: moving service
I purchased a home from [redacted] with a closing date of 3/31/The seller's family business is PCI Services, run by her son Clem [redacted] PCI Services submitted a work order to me showing they serviced both AC units in the duplex I was purchasing and claimed both units were in working order on 3/21/After the closing date one AC unit worked and one AC unit did not workI filed a claim with my home warranty company and [redacted] HVAC came out and replaced three defective parts in the AC unit - a run cap, a start cap, and a potential relayAfter replacing the three defective parts they cleaned the unit and I used my phone to capture a video as dirt and debris poured out of the unitClearly PCI Services had not serviced the AC unit on 3/21/or they would have replaced the three broken parts and would have cleaned and serviced the unitThe three broken parts and video of the AC unit being cleaned prove PCI Services did not complete the work they claimed to have completed
