This man by the name of [redacted] has posted a job on ** as a customer Service Rep. being an email processor. The ad states you will recieve $25 for every email you process and you will get paid daily. The cost to get the membership access is $20. Once you pay the $20...he sends you a link for "back office access"...(which I payed for and can not access now bc he has changed it or blocked me from http://[redacted]) This will navigate you to a page that ACTUALLY describes the job. Once you get to this website, it tells you that you now have to create a webpage for yourself in order to get paid..which is not in the job description at all. Well...its very conviencing that this is a simple tasks and an easy way to make money. Once you are directed to make your website (after you have paid $20 to get membership access..which I thought was access to the emails I was gonna be processing..You are then asked for another $25 to have a website created for you to use. There is an option to create your own page but if your like me you dont know how. This gentleman is faulfaulsely identigying with email transmission of usoliciterd commercial electroni mail service. You actually are sending out the same spam mail I replied to ang got caught up in.Product_Or_Service:[redacted] membershipDesired SettlementFalsely identify with the intent to deceive or defraud the recipient or forge commercial electronic mail transmission information or other routing information in any manner in connection with the transmission of unsolicited bulk commercial electronic mail through or into the computer network of an electronic mail service provider or its subscribers. Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of computer trespass, which offense shall be punishable as a Class 3 misdemeor.Business Response After reviewing Ms. [redacted] complaint in its entirety, I had found it to be not only false but disturbing. 1) Ms. [redacted] falsely stated that I ran an ad on [redacted] saying "you will receive $25 for every email you process and you will get paid daily"... Content is mentioned on the EPS website following an income disclaimer that each member is required to read before joining.The ad on [redacted] was in regards to seeking home workers for email processing in general. If this dispute is based on false advertising, I am requesting full proof of the original ad that was published on [redacted] by me ([redacted]).2) The actual cost for the Email Processing software, digital swipe/copy resources and training is $25 not $20 as Ms. [redacted] falsely stated... The $20 cost was for building and hosting Ms. [redacted] Website. Because we offer a free do it yourself builder the $20 website/hosting cost was optional... which she chose to pay.3) Ms. [redacted] was never blocked from the Member Centers Back Office... this too is false! It is always open to members without requiring a password. We did take down the site that we had built for Ms. [redacted] after receiving a chargeback which did result in Ms. [redacted] receiving both the $25 & $20 payment back into her account (unfortunately[redacted] don't have seller protection on non-tangible products/services).4) Ms. [redacted] again, falsely stated that she was to send out the same email that she replied to which in reality she never replied to an email remember it was an ad on [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] was only instructed to send out our "welcome email" after receiving an email order notification... and was to process each email via order form which delivers vacation/cruise certificates to new members. Ms. [redacted] also states that I am "identigying with email transmission of usoliciterd commercial electroni mail service"... I have no idea what that is!Ms. [redacted] was very aware of our terms/earning disclaimer before joining and knew that this was an "at home position" as well as what was involved. What concerns me about Ms. [redacted] false and unjust claim, is not getting obvious facts correct, such as what she paid for the membership/website; being blocked from the member's area... which is always open to members active or not; email/ad she responded to ets... It is obvious that this is a victim playing strategy and desperate attempt to be refunded for web services, training, software/copy resources that were rendered to Ms. [redacted]. Email processing is no secret, it has been around for years and has helped many people who'd simply put in the work required. Ms. [redacted] only deceived herself for thinking she would be compensated for doing nothing while on the clock at her other job. Just know folks... If you see any advertising from [redacted] or a job listing as an email processor EPS it is all false and a pyramid scam. If you do research you will see for yourself. This is not a successful job. It's a scam! The video he has you watch is all made up also. I contacted the news broadcaster. She had never seen or heard of this. It's sad this man makes a lovin off scamming others and has others try to do what he does!!! [redacted]. Everytjing he took the time and initiative to write about me is all false (as he claims)
