Review: I continue to receive calls from this place called Process Medation. They tell me I own money and if I don't pay they are takingme to court. As soon as I start asking questions about what they are talking about they get very verbally aggressive and usually end up haning up. They continue to call and ask for my social and address and personal info. They are scaring me and becoming verbally abusive. I have spoke with several reps there and one person did tell me the name of a money loan place, the amount I supposedly borrowed and a date that a transaction took place and I was not even in the state at that time nor did I ever use such service. I called the money loan place to see if they had any of my info on file to see if someone was using my info and they had nothing. When going back to Process Mediation with this info and telling them this had to be fraud they again screamed at me and said we were going to court. ,Desired Settlement: I want them to remove me from their data base OR give me more specifics because this is clearly fraud.

Review: I received a phone call today 29 Jul 14 from Process Mediation. James Howard left me a voicemail In his message he told me I had a possible litigation against me and also said I had a case number which is 2014-681508 So I did call them back to see what he was talking about. [redacted] answered the phone. She told me I had 48 hours to pay a bill from a credit card I had in 2007. I asked what credit card and I also told her I never received any statement in regarding such a credit card. She then got really rude and would not give me any information. She just kept repeating that within 48 hours a uniformed officer would be serving me papers for court and it would cost me $5000 to go to court. I asked her for her location but she would not give it to me. I asked for the name and number of the bank that held the credit card and she stated I would get all that information when I went to court. Their phone number is 3[redacted] The phone call came from Wilmington Delaware. I feel this is a scam and I hope you can resolve this so other people won't be harassed by these people. Thank you for your time and assistance.Desired Settlement: To have Process Mediation admit it was wrong and to stop harassing people with false claims.

Review: I was called by a representative of this company indicating they were about to serve a subpoena for an unpaid debt. The disputed debt is from 1997 and beyond the statute of limitations.Desired Settlement: This company has no legal reason to contact me. They misrepresented themselves as attorneys, not a debt collection company, and I want no further contact.

Review: On 30 July 2014, apprx. 10:15 am MD time, I was contacted by a "[redacted]" from Process Mediation at phone # [redacted] Wilmington, DE claiming a litigation against me. I contacted the [redacted] number provided in the voicemail and provided the following case # provided in the voicemail [redacted] to someone named "[redacted]" (identified as my case worker). "[redacted]" informed me that I owe $4,712 to a company called Money Mart. I utilized this the Revdex.com.org website to search for this company and found them located in Wilmington, DE. However, when I called the numbers mentioned in the beginning of this message I was given an address in [redacted] which I have already been provided in previous complaints on the Revdex.com.org website. Also according to the Revdex.com.org website the phone # for Process Mediation is 1-888-248-7196; when I contacted that # the woman simply answered the phone with hello, and I asked her name (which was "[redacted]"), and then I asked was this Process Mediation to which she replied yes. I then asked was this Process Mediation located in Wilmington, DE to which she replied no, and responded further with [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to confirm/deny if this is a legitimate attempt to obtain these "monies"? To add to this, I was not in the USA during the proclaimed time of March 2007 when this transaction was to have taken place.
