Review: Back in March agreed to work with this company to pay my student loans. I have been calling them every month almost to find out why they haven't paid my loans when I have an automatic payment plan set up with them.

In May they consolidated all of my student loans into one loan, however they sill hadn't given any money to any of the student loans.

On July 24, 2015 I called the new lender and found out that my loan was 6 days past due. I am taking back and managing my loans and I am trying to get my money back from the last five payments I have given this company. My credit score went from high 600 to 539 I need to get this resolved and to me this is a scam.Desired Settlement: I just want the money back that I given to this company they said it was in a trust account nothing has been paid. I need to put this money on my student loan

Review: I was suckered into a loan forgiveness contract by this third party vendor who claimed they would lower my student loans and get me into the Public Loan Forgiveness Program. I signed a contract because they had explained that I was going to be paying my loans off through them at a lower rate. I ended up paying roughly $620 thinking that this money was going towards my student loans. They had told me I was already signed up for the PSLFP which was also a lie. I had attempted to submit questions through their customer services email with no answer and after NUMEROUS phone calls could not get an answer to any question I had. When I had asked if this money was going towards my loans, they said yes multiple times. I was misguided through the entire loan repayment process and they offered no guidance or solution in the long run. When I finally called [redacted] after receiving new account information, they had told me that the money I had been paying had been going directly into the pockets of the third party so that they can "consolidate my loans" and submit the paperwork on my behalf. I was NEVER told this by the third party and would have willingly submitted my own paperwork or gone through [redacted] stated that their assistance for the same service was completely free. I feel that I was completely blind-sided into signing a bogus contract and ended up paying hundreds of dollars that could have gone to my loans. Post-grad students are already suffering from the massive amount of debt accrued from higher education and this was just another blow to my bank account. In addition, I was never even signed up for the PSLFP (a service they said they had taken care of) and had to re-file through [redacted]. This is just another scam company and I going to do everything in my power to get my money back and to have companies like these taken down for fraud and financial abuse on students.Desired Settlement: I want my full refund for the money I wasted through Processing Services to file my paperwork which they never even did correctly. I want all my personal information destroyed and all connections with them ended.

This response is in regards to Complaint ID#[redacted]

Review: On February 17, 2015, I was contacted by Processing Services. I spoke to a man named [redacted]. The purpose of the call was to consolidate my student loans into one lower payment. Unfortunately, this has not happened. I received an email from my current student loan provider that I had missed a May payment. I tried to log into my account only to find out that my username, password, address and phone number had been changed. I was told that I was being scammed by Processing Services.

I was unhappy with Processing Services from the beginning. I was told by [redacted] that my student loans would be $471.16 per month for a ten year loan. This was supposed to include my parent loan. When [redacted] convinced me of this, I agreed to it. However, I found out later that my parent loan was not included in this payment.. I contacted Processing Services about this and they indicated that [redacted] “told me wrong” and Processing Services is sorry about this and that he would be talked to about this.

Also, [redacted] failed to tell me that Processing Services were putting my loans into forbearance. He indicated that I would pay Processing Services directly and they would pay my loans for me monthly. I received a notification from my lender that the loans were placed in forbearance and nothing has been applied to my student loans since January, 2015. I have paid Processing services $1,938.48 to date, and not one dime has been applied to my student loans as promised. I have tried to reach the company on several attempts. I only get an answering machine and not a phone call back.

Processing Services scams hard working people who are trying to pay back their student loans.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in full from this "place of business" as soon as possible. I am sickened by the way this company took advantage of me. I am struggling to pay my high student loans as it is, and to find out I have thrown almost $2,000 out the window on a scam is completely ridiculous. Processing Services has done nothing for me except cause me financial hardship and a lots of my time to get this figured out.

Regards,

Review: I enrolled with this company in March thinking they were helping me pay lower rates in my student loans. Just this week (July 13), they've been emailing and texting me requesting income documents in order to prevent having to pay a higher monthly rate. I tried contacting them several times via phone and email in order to request and address or fax number. They refuse to answer the phone and they have not replied to email or voicemail. When I tried to find their website, I was sent straight to the Revdex.com website complaint section about this company. I put $300 down and they've debited my account $40 monthly since March. After speaking to my loan provider Sallie Mae, they confirmed that I was being scammed out of my money. My income is low and I'm a divorced mother, so I don't have any money to be giving away! That's extra food I can be putting in my refrigerator! Please look into this for me! Thanks so much!Desired Settlement: Please do whatever you need to do so that I can get my money back. Thanks!

We have tried to communicate and get everything resolved with Ms. [redacted] but she refuses to cooperate. She has admitted that she sees we have done everything on our part according to our agreement and what she signed up for with us. However, for some unknown reason, she continues to seek a refund that is unjustified. She has called and harassed our representatives multiple times, threatening to contact the authorities. She is adamant on getting a refund when services were rendered. We have explained to her multiple times that work has been done on her file and services have been rendered, leading to a benefit on her behalf. We have a very liberal refund and cancellation policy that we implore for all of our clients. We take the time to thoroughly address all clients' issues and look into their refund requests, we take these matters very seriously.

Review: On 1/30/2015, I spoke with [redacted], representative of Processing Services, LLC/Student Loan Aid, Inc. (at phone number [redacted], extension [redacted]). This company promised they would cut down my monthly federal loan payment by over half from $494 per month to $206 per month. They stated I was eligible for this forgiveness program because of my current status as an employee in the field of education. They explained that I could pay my loan through them, and at the end of x number of years, my interest would be forgiven. Jay informed me that an initial payment installation of $286.00 would come out on February 17th—though, going forward, the payment amount would be $206.07 on the 17th of every month (apparently, the extra $86.00 in February was due to some kind of a processing fee?). I was given every reason to believe that this money would be going directly towards my Federal Loan. I was also told that I would be receiving an application for loan forgiveness in the mail, and it was crucial that I fill this out and send it back in. When I did not receive anything in the mail from this company, and attempted to call but did not hear back, I became suspicious. Two months of payments have already been taken out of my bank account by this company (total of $492.07), as Jay stated would happen. However, none of this has been applied toward my federal loan. Currently (3/19/2015), my federal loan account states that a payment had not been made in the last 12 months, as this loan is still on deferment due to my enrollment in grad school. Therefore, this company and their promises are a scam. Upon doing further research I have discovered similar reviews, as well as a website that is not much more than a home page.Desired Settlement: Due to the false pretenses under which this “company” has operated, I demand that they (Processing Services, LLC/Student Loan Aid, Inc.) destroy all documentation related to my account and my private information, provide a full refund of the $492.07 that has been taken out of my bank account, and sever any and all of my ties with Processing Services, LLC/Student Loan Aid, Inc. as well as any of their associated companies.

Review: On 11-11-2014, I entered into an agreement with Processing Services LLC for a reduced student loan amount in which I agreed to a reduced student loan amount from 65,908 to 10,995.60 and payment was made monthly amount of (309 first payment) and 91. 63 per month. As of 02-22-2016, after checking with my student loan accounts, still showing nothing has been paid and accounts are over 70,000. When contacted Processing Services LLC, was informed that money was in a savings account and no payment has been made to my student loans. They are also very difficult to contact.Desired Settlement: Since services agreed upon where not rendered and payment to my student loans was not accomplished, I would like a full refund from Processing Services LLC. Review: I was trying to get help with my student loans, I got a call from you guys and sounded pretty legit. Some things sounded fishy when I was talking to the person but anyways he said I had to make a payment of 225 to get my balance down since I was behind on my payments that was schedule for the 15 of March. The payment did not come out till the 17th. I called several times finally got hold of someone that first said they could reschedule the payment, I said that it has already came out of my account. I then spoke to someone else you did say that it came out. I asked if it would show up on my account saying that I paid that 225. She said she did not know if it would or not and that if they was ever a problem with my account they will call. I sent out several emails and no response. My phone is currently off so I can not receive calls. I feel like this is a scam. Paying that 225 did not help my loans go down any.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of all my money. Sine it did not help my loans any. I would also like my account to be cancelled and no more charges taken out.

Review: I signed up thinking this was a legit organization but after talking with my main loan servicer [redacted], they claimed student loan services/ processing services is a scam. They told me I would receive a confirmation email with a fax number to send employment documentation to immediately. When it did not occur I became suspicious and went to their website which I promptly discovered does not actually function. Upon attempting to contact the company I received no answer despite being within the company's operating hours. In doing further research I found multiple complaints against the company stating that they did not contact the main loan service companies to transfer the loans yet were still taking money from people's accounts. In talking to them they required that I give them my FAFSA pin number, which is illegal (although I was unaware at the time). They also required my login information for my loan service accounts, including the private loan which they would not be consolidating or affecting, which I again found suspicious. Because of this I have had to change my FAFSA pin, and the logins for both [redacted] and acs-education. Tomorrow I will be putting a hold on my checking account for fear that this company with take my money. I fear that this company is far from legitimate and I am worried about my financial stability. They also failed to inform me of a $600 fee for using their services and stated that my last [redacted] payment would be made on March 6th of $299. However when looking at their legal documents that amount was listed as down payment for the services, thus showing my loan would not be paid. Furthermore there is an added monthly fee for services rendered.Desired Settlement: Destroy all documentation involving my account and private personal information as I would not like to work with this company.

Review: Was told they would service my student loans & get me into the IBR program in 11/2014. told by phone everything was approved & my account would be debited monthly to be applied towards my student loan. They have debited my account for a year collecting over $1300.00 but never applied 1 dollar toward my student loan payment. They put me in an administrative forbearance but never notified me & didnt notify me of any other issues when I called. Apparently, they had to keep applying for different programs. I was notified by the Department of Education 11/2015 that no payment was being made & I would be put into default so I had to make double payments for Nov & Dec of 2015. This is the only way I found out they werent applying my payments. They say they completed the process but when speaking with [redacted] on 1/12/2016 he could not give me a reason why nothing was applied to my student loan debt. I have cancelled & have been told they will only give $650.00 refund but will not disclose why all funds will not be returned since there was a breach of contract. [redacted] told me there was only 650 in the escrow account but I was told by the drafting company they had 1325.00 held in escrow. I have made multiple phone calls & spoke to [redacted] & the supervisor [redacted] was suppose to contact me but has yet to do so. No one could explain why nothing was applied to my student loan if I had been approved like they said. This is a breach of contract and I should have been notified of non-payments, instead I was asked to sign another renewal agreement in 11/2015 when they had never satisfied the first agreement. The company never did anything they said they were going to do. IF they had found a program for me then why was nothing applied to my debt? Why when I refuse to go any further with them do they want to hold $750.00 of the funds they debited. I have just found out that my student loans have not been paid in a year.Desired Settlement: I want all funds that were debited from my account, totaling $1325.00 to be returned to me so that I can apply towards my student debt. They didnt satisfy what they said they would do & and have been misleading me to believe they had been making payments.

Review: I have attempted to contact this company over 20 times since Friday, May 16th. I got a hold of someone and they guaranteed someone would contact me before the close of business on Friday which never happened. I was hoping for a call this morning to no avail. I have attempted multiple times to contact them again and they will not respond at all.Desired Settlement: I want a phone call from a representative immediately.

Review: To [redacted] of Client Docs,

This is the email I sent to [redacted] of the Processing Services Office on 7/20/2015. They had different information on a form and was supposed to lower my Student Loan Payments, and Consolidate the loan. They did not do so. They took $350 out of my bank account. When you contact them, you have to leave a message, they screen calls. That [redacted] woman was yelling and screaming at me. Below are excerpts from the emails:

Dont you ever yell at me when you don't know how to treat a client. If your office is submitting incorrect documentation, then own it.

You need to be fired.

I tried to work out this student loan existence. Control yourself. You do not talk to me like I am a dog.

I am asking my Senator to check into this immediately.

#2: In case you forgot, I am the customer, and you expect me to agree and sign something that was incorrect.

Get some training, and verify that you represent the Department of Education in a professional manner, then we wouldn't have a problem now, would we?

I continued to receive emails from this woman and phone calls. I asked her to stop harrassing me, and return my money. On Tuesday, July 21, 2015, I contacted the Department of Education, as well as received an email from Department of Education, they were not aware that Processing Services were collecting Student Loan Payments on my behalf. Therefore, they were fraudulent. I have emails from Ms. [redacted] stating that she would return my funds, as well as my Senate Office sending an email below:

Review: I enrolled with Student Loan Aide in February 2015 to refinance a student loan, they have collected monthly payments, yet no payoff or even payment has been made to my original lender. I have called every number listed for SLA and everytime get a message saying "they will TRY to connect me to a representative" and their website has several contact features offered (live chat, email, phone) none of the links connect to anything/anyone. My original lender today informed me that no inquiries have been made to my account. My forberance is up on June 15, 2015 and I am expected to start repayment. I am currently making payments and have been to SLA since February 15th. They asked for $386 to start (February 15, 2015) and then from that day on I have been paying $276.57 on the 30th day of every month. The last payment that was taken from my account (ACH) was on May 30, 2015.Desired Settlement: Refund all my money paid since February 2015 and delete any personal information they may have on my behalf and to stop taking monthly payments from my checking account.

Review: End of February, beginning of March 2015, I was contacted by Processing Services re: my interest in changing payment plans on my student loans to obtain a lower monthly payment. My loans were to be consolidated and I was told I would be placed on the repayment plan I desired. I agreed to a one time payment of $600.00 to obtain my desired payment plan change. This was automatically charged from my bank account on 3/5/15. I was told my new student loan monthly payment would be $660.28 and that it would be automatically withdrawn from my bank account starting 4/27/15 and would reoccur on the 27th of each month. My account has been automatically debited $660.28 for the last 3 months, specifically 4/28/15, 5/28/15, and 6/29/15. I received a notification from my loan company (Fed Loans) that I am now 25 days past due on my loan payment. Come to find out Fed Loans has just begun to charge me on my most recent consolidation beginning 6/18/15. They have not received a one time payment of $600.00, nor the 3 payments of $660.28. I have paid a total of $2,280.84 to Processing Services with nothing applied to my student loans as promised. I have tried to reach the company by phone on several attempts with only a busy signal available. The live chat feature on their website does not work. I was under the impression

they partnered with Fed Loans, as I was told on the phone they work for them to assist borrowers. I had no knowledge I would pay them a monthly fee. I had no knowledge I would pay them directly then they would pay

my loans. I feel like an it and I feel violated. I am sickened by the way this company took advantage of me. I was under the impression they were going to provide relief from the hardships of student loan management and they have only added burden.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in full NOW.

Regards,

Review: I signed up thinking this was a legit organization but a month later after talking with my main loan servicer sallie mae/ navient, they claimed student loan services/ processing services is a scam. I started believing them after these things happened:1. no start up fee deduction of around 280.00 to get started in the loan forgiveness program with processing services. this was odd to me because we agreed upon this amount, and received documentation regarding the deduction. Instead my bank account was deducted 115.00 for the first month of payment2. Several phone calls were placed and no one picked up the phone or retuned my message and I called during their regular work hours for over 2 weeks.3. after researching the company I found a lot of complaints against them.4. when I called my original loan service sallie mae/navient, they told me they have not spoken with a representative from student loan aid or received payment!5. I also found out from sallie mae/navient that no organization is suppose to ask for my FAFSA pin number, since it would be illegal to do so yet this company asked!after this information I decide to close my bank account to stop the next deduction that would occur. as soon as the account was closed a few days later I finally receive a call back from student loan aid. They called me several times and left messages regarding the payment(they tried to take out a different amount from what was agreed upon, sounds like a violation of my contract which is very telling of their scam practices!) I call back and spoke with a representative and they tried to convince me to stay in the program and assured me they were legit and they had issues with their phone lines. (too many excuses in my opinion)after a lengthy talk I with drew my need of their services and told them to cancel any future payments and to refund my one payment(around 115.00) to me as soon as possible. When I asked how long that will take the rep said he will call me in a couple days, that was a month ago!!Desired Settlement: I want my refund immediately from this company!!

Review: I signed up with this company in September 2014. They promised they would reduce my student loan and get me qualified for a program. I have been paying them money since this started including a processing fee. However, I called the dept of education place that has my loan. They stated that the application (filled out by representatives of this company, one named Jesse Hansen, contained invalid information, missing income and fraudulent references (they don't even make sense). The education company stated they have received NO monies on this account. I have been paying Processing Services LLC every month, but the money is not going anywhere and is not paying off my student loans. My balance is still the same.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund back into my checking account of all monies that were taken out as they stated I was on an income repayment yet FedLoan Servicing, my actual lender states they listed my income as zero (which is wrong), and I didn't owe any monies based on that.

Review: [redacted], Senior underwriter, [redacted] ext.[redacted]. called me and tried to sell me student aid consoladation for my student loans. He started by using the information I gave him in our conversation by agreeing with everything I said he started with telling me lies about the company that I was already working with. He said that my current advisor had been moved to another department because she was telling lies to clients and that he was the senior underwriter for that same company and he was taking over her accounts. As we talked, he slowly started changing his story to; that he was another company and that the company that I was with was a bad company and that they were charging too much for their services. He then started saying that his fees were cheaper and quoted a price $300 cheaper and a payment even cheaper yet. After talking with him a little longer he started to lower his prices lower yet. That is when I figured he was just flat-out lieing to get my buisness. Over the next few minutes I gave him my routing number and my account number to my bank to take out a payment of $202 for the begining payment. and $33 after that. The point is that he lied and this bad business no matter how you look at it. I put a stop payment on that withdrawal from my bank that very hour. I called him back to tell him that I was not going to do buisness with him and there was no answer.Desired Settlement: If it turns out that he takes a payment of $202 from my account, I would like that returned and the company reprimanded for dirty business dealings. I am not after money but this looks like a scam to me, and it should be stopped.

Review: Processing Servicing at 4931 Birch St., Newport, CA 92660 with the number [redacted] contacted me back in January or February in 2015 telling me they could help me pay off my student loan in 10 instead of 20 years. They told me they needed all my info like employment and income etc. and then they needed $500 and something up front and I started paying $247.09 in February, until December of this year. even though I contacted them two months ago and told them I wanted to discontinue business because they were not making any payments to my student loan. They put my student loan into a freeze three times without telling me anything about what they were doing. I contacted them at least two or three time asking them about what was going on and they would tell me they were almost getting my loan though and not to worry the every dime of my money was going to an escrow account and would be used to pay down my student loan. I finally started getting letters from Fedloan in August saying I was approved with them but still nothing from processing. They still have continued to withdraw my money each month. Then I was getting notices from Fedloan that I was not paying them. So I called them and they said they would set up a online account and get back with me. They never did and I call Fedloan and set up a new account in my name with my own pass word. They told me that my loan was frozen yet again with them. I think they never had in intention of paying a dime on my student loan. I want them to give me back every dime they have taken from me. The $247.09 X 10 and the $500 as well because they have been dishonest and fraudulent with my money at my expedience. They just called me back and said they made a payment of $10206 dollars to Fedloan but I did not see it as of last week and I am not happy with this amount. I was told that all of my payment would be in escrow. [redacted] told me that Fed loan would not be my friend either if I ended my contract with processing serving.Desired Settlement: I do not want a threat hanging over me and I feel I should be returned all but the First payment because they have not kept me in the know about what they were doing with my account. and have been making interest on my money all this time.
