business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Mr. P[redacted] continues to blame us and the issue with the stucco as the reason why the plumbing is still not completed. The fact of the matter is that we had told Mr. P[redacted] on May *, 2017 that we will not be doing any additional work on the exterior stucco and that he should proceed with the work as contracted, including getting the plumbing reconnected. Four months is more than enough time to have the plumbing completed. Additionally, we had consulted with our architect as well as with two other plumbers and all of them told us that the stucco outside the house has nothing to do with the plumbing work inside or underneath the house, which is what we have been saying to Mr. P[redacted] all along. Furthermore, we met with Mr. P[redacted] on July **, 2017 and he assured as that he would have all the work done within two weeks. As of today, 8/**/27, Mr. P[redacted] has still not completed all of the work, mainly the plumbing. We call Mr. P[redacted] almost on a daily basis and he gives us one excuse after another when it comes to the plumbing. The last time the plumber showed up at our house was on Monday, 8/**/17 and we haven't seen him since. Our main concern now is that we are heading into the fall season and we still do not have radiators installed and we don't even know if the heating unit is properly connected because we can not turn on the heating unit without the radiators. Again, we are asking Mr. P[redacted] to honor our contract and complete all of the work as required. ]

I spoke with the client earlier today they said they are going to recind this complaint , can you keep me updated and let me know when they withdraw it ?
would I need to contact you via phone to find out ?
This letter is in response to the complaint filed against us by [redacted]. My Client, [redacted], asked if we could get the water on for them prior to move in. I told them it would be done before they return home. As promised I had it turned on however I did explain that the cast iron radiators had to be ordered and the plumber contracted for the job was going on vacation. [redacted] expressed to me that it was fine as long as they had running hot and cold water. They have since moved back home and have all the functions of both hot and cold water throughout the house. I have kept in contact with [redacted] giving him updates in person and via email that my plumber will be returning from his vacation on Wednesday, September *, 2017 at that time we will schedule the date for installation. Once again he seemed OK with this. Now it has come to my attention that 1 day after my onsite visit with [redacted] he is now making a complaint against me. I have completed 95% of this job as promised and am just waiting on this last item. The [redacted] still owe me more money than the actual amount of work left to complete.
