Review: I live in a 55 and older subdivision for which Procidia landscaping does our front lawns. This past few weeks have been more than stressful as about a month ago, I started noticing my lawn was turning to straw and realized it was dying. It was obvious it had been sprayed as the line was straight between my house and the next. I filed a complaint with our homeowner's management and was told my lawn area had weeds but it would be replaced with sod. When that didn't happen I contacted Procidia directly and was told no - they were only going to reseed the area. A few days later I came home to find my front lawn scaped and most of the straw like grass was gone - but big hunks could be seen all over and I now had a black colored dirt all over (so bad it is horrible to remove from the sidewalks). Not only did I have hunks of straw, I had deep ruts all over and around the drainage pipes, big piles of dirt. I then filed a complaint with Procidia and had a call from [redacted] Procidia last Friday (10/11 @ 1:30PM) and he proceeded to inform me someone would be out this Monday to smooth out my area and it would soon be green with new grass. Well here it is Friday (10/18) and not a soul has been out and while I do have some grass coming up - I still have the huge ruts and piles of dirt.

This has to be the most unprofessional lawn job I have ever seen. How they can do such shoddy work and remain in business is beyond me (actually the 4-5 people who are experiencing the same thing are saying the same thing). First of all we were not notified of the spraying nor did we consent to it and we have been told all along our lawns would be replaced with sod. The plan is to do this to all lawns in our subdivision over the next 3 years. Well I am not educated about lawns - but if mine and another on this block soon have fresh weed free grass - it will not remain that way for long. Why? They use the same lawnmowers to mow all the lawns.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Replacement

I want my lawn area smoothed out and fresh sod laid and I am not sure I want Procidia to do it since they are so unprofessional.

Procida Landscape Inc. was directed by the management at Four Seasons to renovate Mrs. [redacted]'s front lawn and we are currently working with the Four Seasons Management to resolve any complaints regarding the work performed at the [redacted] residence.
