Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not expect anything from this company when submitting my complaintIt was submitted solely to notify the Revdex.com and other prospective customers of my very negative experienceThe Revdex.com can do what is wants with the information Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We received a call from a customer in month after the service was completedAt this point we can not even verify if there was any chimney cap when technician arrived at the houseThere might be various reason why there is no chimney cap on the top, such as it was blown away with the gusting wind, it fall down or there was none in the beginningWe do not know the reason for this, but we also can not be liable for the absence of the chimney cap in month after the service is completed

The information that is provided is not trueAll of our Trucks have built in fleet tracking devices and if needed we can provided detailed report for the time our vehicle was at the customers houseThe report can include graphics, exact print outs of start and stop points etcIn order for us to set up all the truckmounted equipment we usually need around min, the same time is needed to get everything back into the truckSo, the entire complaint is falseAs for our response to any customers complaints, as usual, we are glad to send our technician and inspect the carpet conditionsIf needed, we always ready to reclean the carpetsAs for the customer threats about dispute of the payment, we did not receive any calls or request from this customer and if customer does not want to resolve the issue with our company, we just refer this case to our law office and collection agency

When our technician said "it's too hard" to resolve the issue, he was referring to disconnection, not to the cleaning processThe cleaning was completed and the dryer vent is clean nowThe issue is that the vent is disconnected and this disconnection was caused not by the action of our technician, but the way the dryer vent is configuredWe have explained the customer that it should be rerouted and that we can not be liable for the disconnection of the vent due to the poor quality of previous installation

We are aware about this complaint, although we are not able to help, but we really triedNot sure what happened a year ago, but when we received a call from a customer saying that she wanted to redeem expired coupon, we accepted it, just because we value all [redacted] *** membersOur technician was running late due to the severe traffic condition and it took him more than two hours to get to the customer's house, even though the previous job was only miles awayWe did call and informed the customer about the delayThe lady just hang up on usIt's our company who made an exception and accepted one year old coupon with the expiration time of days, it's our company who sent our truck and spent money for technician and gas and the only thing that was needed from the customer is to accept our technician and let him do the serviceAt this point, it's up to the customer and [redacted] to find a solution, we think that the customer can still use the value of the money paid and use it towards any services offered on [redacted] ***, but we are not sureFrom our side all of our obligations were fulfilled and we did not redeem the value of the coupon

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: On 9/30/16, ProClean's technician cleaned the dryer vent not from the outside vent but by disconnecting our dryer from the hose vent from inside the house. He wanted to avoid going down the crawl space where the dryer vent extends and decided it was best to disconnect our dryer from the hose vent from behind the dryer. My husband was home at the time and assisted him with moving the dryer. When we ran the dryer then next day, we noticed steam and moisture coming out from under the dryer. This did not happen prior to the dryer vent cleaning service and is not normal to the operation of the dryer. If the technician was aware of any bad connection prior to his service, he should have noted that, written it down on the paperwork and brought it to our attention. This is clearly not the case and the ProClean argument is faulty as the resulting steam/moisture did not occur until after his service. There was no faulty prior dryer vent connection prior to his service on 9/30/16. Sincerely, [redacted]

As we described before, due to the poor installation of the dryer vent hose, during the movement of the dryer machine the dryer vent became disconnected, it happened not because our technician was trying to avoid going to the crawlspace, it is a standard procedure during the cleaning and in case the dryer vent is installed in a professional manner, it never happensPeople who installed the vent did not install it properlyIn any other house, it is possible to connect and disconnect the dryer vent to the machine multiple times without any damage to the connection, the dryer vent should not fall apart once it is disconnected
