Frank and his partner are Rock Stars!!! I always try to use local small business folks so I wanted to give them a try over the well known company that advertises Grout cleaning services. Well I was expecting the grout to only get about 75% cleaned after talking to my tile installer and the '***'. I was very surprised at how clean they were able to get my tan grout lines as well as how clean the tile looked. I feel like I have a new house!!!! I will not wait so long next time. The price is very comparable to other companies and they were most pleasant to work with. Keep up the great service guys!

We moved less than a year ago from Scottsdale Arizona and had to find all new contractors for a variety of projects. Thankfully, I found Proclean Properties via a local mailer. Their prices and reviews were great enough for me to try. We just used them this morning and they were right on time. They are efficient, clean and thorough and will be using them often.

Proclean properties is WONDERFUL! This locally owned and operated company helped restore my tile and grout. I didn't even know how bad my grout was until they came and made it white again!
