Review: I took a walk behind Toro 22in. recycler lawn mower to Proco Inc. for repair. The mower was just over a year old and I took it to Proco because they are an authorized Toro dealer and I thought any repair might be covered under warranty. I described to the employee exactly what was wrong with the mower and he informed me it would be a couple of weeks because they were very busy. I told him that was fine. After a couple of weeks they called and said the mower was ready. I picked the mower up and the invoice was for twenty-five dollars labor and eight dollars and change in parts. They said the only problem was it needed servicing but was working fine now. I took it home and proceeded to mow my yard. After one lap around my small front yard, the mower quit and is doing the exact same thing it was doing when I took the mower to Proco Inc! My wife has called the business a couple of times and they have not answered so she has left messages. They have not returned the calls. So after the inconvenience of having to lug my mower to and from and wait for it to be fixed and pay for the nonrepair I am back where I started.Desired Settlement: You would think they would have the common courtesy to answer the phone or return the calls of a customer. I just want my money back. I will never do business with them again and will tell everyone I know to take their business elsewhere!

First Item** If he Has or had A Problem it would have had To b brought back To Be Rechecked In 30 Days or Less > Second ** We have been very busy last 3 Months.. we have had Trouble getting to return calls off machine . We have had 1 person out Last 2 months med Leave.. This Is Not a excuse Just facts. We go extra Mile to solve issues most issues that are like this . I bet if purchase was at a Box Store you most likely would have no problem returning to store to Resolve Issue .. Mower was not returned to be Looked at after failure, Nor did we state It would take 2 More week to recheck. Third** work was performed & It was tested & did perform as best we could Tell..We had No defective Parts to warranty & so we could not do repair at N/C... If Brought back we we would still Try to solve Your problem. How Ever we would not refund $32.33 . We have 14,000 Plus Customers , done business over 30 Years . Some Problems Take 2 Efforts to solve Issue . We are sorry did not work as needed. Hope you have a Nice Day. Best Reguards , Barry Nester
