Bought Sorento 44,miles on itEngine blew up days later
Bought Kia Sorento with 44,miles on it from Battle Creek Kia Seeyle days later I took car back for blue puffs of smoke coming out itdays later dealership drove it back miles to me said nothing wrong with it Got back in it, drove it yards starts puffing blue smoke againWas towed into dealership , engine blown from what is called BLOW BY Andy from Service calls says he got approval for new engine, called me explaining what the procedure would be and my warranty coverages 100,miles powertrain/ and engine as its newNot quite understanding I put the call on speaker phone and asked him to explain it again to my boss The same warranty that Kia gives on new cars I said sweet lets do it Knowing if this was to happen again, I would be coveredGet my car back only warranty is on a ROD up to 120,000, which isn't what happened to my car And the remainder of my bumper to bumper

Worst experience everPurchased a car on June 14, Received my title with my Lien Holder listedDid not receive a payment packet or any letter from my lien holderCalled the lien holderThey have no record of being my lien holder or any record of me period in their systemCall Seelye and was told, oh we messed up on the paperwork you weren't approved for the financing rate on the paperwork, you were approved for a rate which was 4.56% higherAre you kidding meNo I will not come in and sign papers agreeing to thatThey told me I had toSo with my attorney and over a week later they are still trying to get me to resign papers to were I would have to pay more than what I originally agreed toThis sent me to the hospital with severe anxiety close to a nervous breakdownI am now having to take anxiety medication which I have never had to do all because they are trying to pull some scamSee you in court Seelye of Battle CreekI give them one star only because I like the car not the dealership

After purchase we noticed bubbles in the front along whole edge of hood
We haven't had our van weeks from when we purchased from Seelye Kia of Battle CreekWe never noticed the paint bubbles on the hood until we detailed the van ourselvesWhen we contacted salesman he was like sorry about your luckI then asked for his bossHe called and pretty much made every excuse blaming usI ended up hanging up because they obviously didn't want to work out any sort of compromiseThe vehicle is a and shouldn't have paint bubblesIn Michigan weather it's just started a matter of time before we have $19,vehicle that becomes a rust bucket
