ProConcession Trailers Reviews (2)

On November 7, at approximately 6:50p my friend and I visited Bashas' store #We'd just left the gym and we're in dire need for something to drink Upon approaching the register, a rude cashier named Jordan quickly pulled the magazine rack in the way and turned off his lightWe stood there in his line because we were already thereHe looked at me as if to say "I'm closed"I said "it's only a Gatorade"Jordan rolled his eyes and turned awayMy friend and I walked to the next register over which was the self checkoutAs we were checking out, Jordan and I made eye contactI said to him, "you're terrible"He then turned his light back on, removed the magazine stand and proceeded to help three additional customersAfter we finished checking out, we went over to customer service where I requested to speak with a managerThe young lady behind the counter left to get the assistant manager named Daniel I explained what happened and he stated that he'd speak to JordanI'm writing this review because my friend and I both felt like Daniel was a little nonchalant about the situationHe offered no explanation for Jordan's nasty behavior but he did offer an apology (which didn't seem sincere) I could understand if Jordan was leaving to take a break or leaving for the day but he never left his register while we at the self checkoutThis brings me to the conclusion that he just didn't want to help usI've only been to Bashas' twice and I will never go backJordan's unprofessional behavior is inexcusableI certainly hope that Bashas' store #uses this negative feedback as a coaching opportunity

On Sunday Feb 16.2015, when shopping at the store. I pulled up to bashas at [redacted] and [redacted] on my bike. I locked it with a blue U lock. I walked into the store and bought some cookies. When I went out to my bike, I reached for my keys and that is when I found out that my keys are missing. I searched around and asked the workers if they have seen my keys, they said no.
I went through my stuff in the hopes that maybe my keys would turn up there. I checked the time and realized that I needed to get to my storage because my storage facility was going to close soon. So I walked to my storage on [redacted] and [redacted], got what I needed and went back to see if the keys had turned up yet.
Still hasn't turned up, I then looked for my keys just a little more to see whether or not they would turn up. Then I start looking for a way to break my lock so that my bike can be free. That's when a couple of managers came out and told me that I needed to leave and that I was loitering. I explained to them that I needed my bike (because that is the only way I can get around).
They then told me that they can call for someone to help me get my bike free. I told them please do, thinking that I will get help. Instead, I get the cops called on me and one of the cops told me that they were having me trespassed off the property. The cop told me that if I came back for my bike, they would call the cops and have me thrown in jail. I told them what they told me, and the cop went in to the store. A few minutes later, the cop came out and told me that they just wanted me to move along, and that I could come back for my bike. But I think if I come back for my bike, they are going to call the cops on me again. Since they pretty much lied to me about calling help. They might also be lying to me about the keys, too.
