The requested lien waiver was attempted to be delivered in person 11/18/2015, then was mailed on 12/6/2015 (two days before this case opened). Homeowner should have it in the mail today or tomorrow.

This has been resolved. They sent me my lien waivers and I am happy. I've sent them a check and it's all taken care of.
