I am rejecting this response because: I have not yet received conclusive information about the return of my carWhile I did receive an email on the day (11/28) that my complaint was submitted by Revdex.com to the business, it only outlined the expected progress to be forthcomingI wish to hold this complaint open at least until there is an assured pickup date after completion of the job as promisedThis, over months now since they received the vehicle for repairsIn any case, I do not believe any reasonable person would or could have expected that any car repair requires that much time
