Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I logged in right at and started the process as soon as the web page would allowWhen scheduling an exam one does so based upon the the time that they have availableWhile yes proctor u's schedule may have not been impacted by the delay on their end getting my exam started; by schedule wasThere is nothing in any sort of service agreement that states even though a test is due to start at a certain time, it can start at any time there afterso the student needs to have unlimited time available to take a test The service that I contracted for was not provided in an appropriate fashion, resulting in less time available in my scheduled room to take the testThis is no different that if I scheduled any other service that was set to start at a certain timeThis situation however, is worse because it was not just a matter of running late, it effected the outcome of my examThough even if it had not, even if I had aced it I would still be filing a complaint, as the real issue is the fact that the services that I paid for was not provided appropriately and in a timely manner If proctor u can't abide by their start times then they should higher more staff or train their staff better Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Greetings: We are sorry that [redacted] did not have an optimal testing experience with us on December 19, [redacted] ***’s exam was scheduled for 7:p.mMST; however, the applet necessary to connect to a proctor was not downloaded until 7:p.mAt that time, she was greeted and informed that a proctor would be connecting shortlyDue to unexpected high testing volumes, this took longer than usualIt is important to note that this does not impact the time an individual has to complete an examOnce [redacted] began the start up process with her proctor, it took roughly minutes to completely secure the physical and virtual testing environment [redacted] began her exam at 7:p.mand had the full minutes to complete itAt this time, we will not be offering a refund because there were no technical issues that hindered [redacted] ***’s ability to take the exam, she was given the full minutes and the exam was completed at 8:p.m ProctorU takes the test-taker experience very seriously and the processes we follow are to ensure a fair and equitable test-taking environment for every individual that tests with usWe apologize that [redacted] felt this had an negative impact on her test results.Thank you, ProctorU

While yes proctor u's schedule may have not been impacted by the delay on their end getting my exam started; by schedule was. There is nothing in any sort of service agreement that states even though a test is due to start at a certain time, it can start at any time there after... so the student needs to have unlimited time available to take a test.  The service that I contracted for was not provided in an appropriate fashion, resulting in less time available in my scheduled room to take the test. a proctor would be connecting shortly. Due to unexpected high testing volumes, this took longer than usual. It is important to note that this does not impact the time an individual has to complete an exam. Once [redacted] began the start up process with her proctor, it took roughly 10 minutes to completely secure the physical and virtual testing environment. [redacted] began her exam at 7:57 p.m. and had the full 180 minutes to complete it. At this time, we will not be offering a refund because there were no technical issues that hindered [redacted]’s ability to take the exam, she was given the full 180 minutes and the exam was completed at 8:26 p.m.  ProctorU takes the test-taker experience very seriously and the processes we follow are to ensure a fair and equitable test-taking environment for every individual that tests with us. We apologize that [redacted] felt this had an negative impact on her test results.Thank you, ProctorU
