[redacted] came to Proctors Foreign Auto Service LLC on 7/19/2016 and requested for her A/C to be checked because it was not blowing out cold air. She thought that the fan was not working. the blower motor needed to be replaced first, We also found the left side mirror switch was sticking due to some type of liquid spill onto the switch. An attempt was made to clean the stuck switch. The cleaning solution used caused some slight peeling of the console panel. The customer was called and informed of the peeling in the process of attempting to resolve the problem see invoice #1 [redacted].After a time from the original A/C repair which had no problems when the vehicle left Proctors Foreign Auto Service. The customer returns with a non cooling system a/c issue after some electrical testing was done a poor wiring connection at compressor clutch was found to be faulty which was resolved. After doing research customer was contacted a number of times to inform her that the part for the panel was no longer available that we could hopefully get the panel restored and or refinished. After many attempts to reach [redacted] to have the issue resolved about the panel. [redacted] stated that she was not available because she was doing some renovation on her house. See invoice #2 [redacted]Timing was not agreed upon finally once she was reached we both agreed on a date for her to bring the vehicle back in her that would fit her schedule for the panel to be repaired which was (5/18/2017) the day she dropped the vehicle off it was not raining. We removed the panel and the mirror switch along with the roof switch which is part of that unit. At no time the roof switch operated or the roof opened. After 2 days at the body shop the panel was done to her satisfaction and at no charge to her see invoice #3 [redacted]. The day she returned to pick up her vehicle is was raining. She left and returned about 15 mins later and stated that her roof was leaking water inside the vehicle. She was informed about the process and that there was absolutely no reason for us to open the roof to cause a leak.

I am rejecting this response because:After Proctors informed me of the peeling damage done to my console I was never updated as to a solution to correct this damage. I had to continuously call Proctor to see if they had found a part, etc. My [redacted] phone records all calls and I can request [redacted] to have my call logs submitted for reference. I NEVER told Proctor I was not available to have my car worked on because of a house renovation - they never called to say they would correct the problem and give me a date to bring my car in. I have my own business and only live 10 minutes away from Proctors and have access to a 2nd vehicle so my availability was not an issue. As I stated before I did not have a leak in my retractable roof until AFTER Proctors took out and repaired the console where my retractable roof controls are located. I have also contacted [redacted] [redacted]
