Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The company, Prodata, was not in contact with us for several weeks, until they were notified by the Revdex.com of our complaint (which I had told them I was going to file) Then they hastily put together another mailing list, again with a vast majority of entries that do not meet the agreed upon criteria, namely, engineers at companies in the Antenna industry ( [redacted] ) The list was incomplete (did not contain street address), but most importantly, it contains clearly made up data (SIC, or industry code, was bogus) I checked several of the new leads and, as before, they were for companies that are definitely not in the field of Antennas If Prodata were able to provide us with a list of 2,valid, relevant leads, they would have done so by now Since they clearly cannot, I am asking for a partial refund (of the $4,we paid) in the amount of $3, Regards, [redacted] ***

I would like to know when the remaining 19,contact details will be provided, as almost a month has passed since we paid for the mailing list?
Had we known that it would take this long to receive the data and that there would be such a lack of communication from Prodata Group we would have used an alternative supplier

The file clearly is safe and an excel file going by attachmentAs this is data we are not in a position to agree if its not copied alreadyI would still recommend to the client to open the file and get back to us for any further concern
We are open for any concerns on what was agreed and would stand by the product

We have delivered as per agreement and if there are concerns on the sameWe have gone by the agreement and fixed
anything pertaining to our productThe client has our product and has used it and again has our revised product for perpetual usageThis is clearly a service completed
from our end and I have constantly communicated this to Amanda on various occasionsWe are very much in contact with the client and this is an attempt to get a free service out of usWe have taken responsibility and still open to serve anything pertaining to the product
We have series of emails exchanged with the client as a proof of effort to sort any concernsYet the client has been accusing of no communication
Clearly we did not get those list of bounces when asked to rework on this project but still we went ahead and reworked to help this clientWe have now delivered more than agreed to serve the client
Keep us posted for any additional information and we will always be open for any communication pertaining to what was agreed to deliver

Prodata have included the following as their benefits and guarantee, their actions prove that they have no true connection to the industry and are incapable of supplying what they promise
"Benefits-
Data Updating:
You will receive only active and VERIFIED oemail addresses as we update
our data on an interval of every days and also re-verify it before we
deliver the list to you."
** We did not receive only active and VERIFIED oemail addresses as of them bouncedThis has damaged our relationship with our email blast service and we have been banned from loading any replacement list on our systemWe therefore have no use for any replacement and have no trust in this company's ability to replace considering that many of the emails on our original list were obviously not dietitians as per the description column - they were real estate agents and I'm sure if we contacted them they would acknowledge that they NEVER opted in to receive emails from a dietitian
"Data Accuracy:
We guarantee 90% accuracy on email deliverability considering hard and soft
bounces and anything more than 10% Invalid emails or Bounce backs will be
replaced in business days"
*** They have failed on this guarantee of 90% accuracy and deliverability and we have the evidence that of addresses bouncedThey have sent a replacement list however I had already informed them that no replacement would be acceptable and I very much doubt the replacement is acceptableI have not opened it for fear of virus as per instruction from the police

provide opt in emails and our lists are CAN SPAM compliant."

This company is set up as a scam to take money from businessesI'm sure you have other similar complaintsI thank you for your assistance

Hi Team,I have tried multiple occasions to resolve this. The client choose the sic code and took her time in choosing it as well. We worked on it and after delivering the file raised an alarm. We worked on the direction given by the client and we never took responsibility to choose and analyze an sic code for the client. Our job was to provide the list based on clients chosen criteria. In spite of all this We got back to the client to extend additional leads and stating she can still go ahead give us the right SIC codes this time but was in vain.
