I have been riding a Prodeco Phantom Xbike as a commuter bike to and from work for the past years I unfortunately do not have the best eyesight and so was no longer permitted to drive a car and so turned to the eBike option out of need I could not be more thrilled with how my Phantom Xhas performed over the last years It has been reliable with only a couple minor maintenance issues with quality components and well built and affordable I am also very happy and supportive of Prodeco building the bikes in the United States and supporting U.Slabor where I feel we also get a more quality product then many built oversees In the future I would definitely consider buying another Prodeco eBike

This Phantom X that I purchased 2Years ago , Has Proven Reliable and Durable, Over miles on it, Working Great, Customer service Has been Excellent online, Never have had to take it to a Shop , Did upgrade the Tires and Tubes

My husband and I are senior citizens and have just purchased our 2nd Prodecotech electric bikes The first set we had for four years and now we bought the same thing -- only foldable We like to bring our bikes to a place called Cades Cove in Tennessee and ride the hilly mile loop People wonder why us "old folks" ride the hills so easily as they are walking their bikes We feel having foldable bikes would be a better fit for travelling These bikes are especially nice if you have any physical ailments which might impede riding a bike Now we can get out and enjoy the beauty of what nature has to offer You can ride it as a bike or turn the lever for power We highly recommend these bikes We have recommended these bikes to other customers who also bought Prodecotech Bikes
I purchased a Prodecotech Phantom XR a few months agoSince then I have ridden it approximately milesI use it for recreation and as a commuterMy commute to work is 8.miles one wayIt has been an excellent purchaseI had a few questions about it and they were handled quickly and professionally every time by the service departmentWhen people ask me about it, and it happens often, I always recommend that they look into buying one
BUYER BEWARE - I purchased my Prodeco Outlaw to use for my daily mile round trip to the train station The trip covers roads and a paved path The initial impression of the bike was that it was impressive with big tires, dual disk brakes and oversized suspension and for the next months a really enjoyed it After months the bike started to wobble like a car with poor alignment The struts that held the battery broke and I purchased new ones Then the battery itself broke and flew off while I was riding it The response I got from the manufacturer was "We know that it (the bike)is a little less durable as all the weight including the riders weight is over the rear tire which makes for an unbalanced bike." Even with this admittance the manufacturer refused to replace any parts and I refuse to sink any more money into it This is a poorly designed product built with poor materials and not supported by the manufacturer

I own two Prodeco genesis bikes - one in Florida and one in New York. They are a great way to exercise with a great backup for headwinds, hills or if you just get tired. In addition they are reasonably priced, and best of all they are made in America. I wholeheartedly support this company!

My wife and I bought two bikes and have enjoyed them greatly. Our Son and his wife liked ours to much they went and bought two. Now we have a four-Prodecotec family! They have been awesome. We had one issue and I called and was immediately connected to Tech Support and my issue was resolved; a bad fuse. I would recommend these bikes to anyone. My Phantom XR is constantly getting comments on how great it looks. My Phantom XR never responds, but I thank them for the nice comments.
My wife & I bought 2 bikes from Prodeco Technologies Model The Mariner 8 20" folding Bike. We have had the Bikes now almost 2 years. The Bikes are made very well, Strong & great Quality. My wife's Battery went bad while under Warranty. I called Prodeco & they sent me a box to ship the battery back so that they could test it. After 3 weeks I received a phone call that the battery cells were indeed bad & they replaced it with a new battery. We use these Bikes every day & also travel with them in our Motorhome...Best Bikes on the market. Alex & Mary

Bike I ordered from is nice when it works but did not last at all I have been unable to get any kind of support from the company

Excellent product! Almost as useful as my car! Runs true, easy to maintain and saves me gas! Highly recommended!
